When looking for flights please use arrival destination as "CUN" which is Cancun's International Airport. DO NOT FLY INTO COZUMEL

Deposits/Payments + Cancellation Policy
Deposits
$250 non-refundable deposit required to secure your spot
PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans available with no interests. Final payment of trip will be due by April 7th, 2023
( 28 days before departure)
Guests are able to pay in full or make additional payments at anytime along the way.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- As mentioned, deposits are non refundable. We use initial deposits to start making payments to our vendors towards our trip.
- You are able to cancel and receive a full refund of your trip (MINUS DEPOSIT- this is non-refundable) up to 75 days before the trip. (February 18th, 2023)
- Any cancellations made after February 18th, 2023 but before March 18th, 2023 will receive a 50% refund of any payments received (MINUS THE DEPOSIT - this is non-refundable)
- Any Cancellations made 30 days or less before the trip (April 4th, 2023) is NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund.

Single Occupancy: $2,620 - 1 Guest MAX
This is the price per person in a single room with a king bed. No roommates will be assigned.
Double Occupancy: $2,180 - 2 Guest MAX
This is the price per person in a double room. You will be assigned 1 roommate of the same sex. If you would like to be paired with a friend or someone in particular, please email us at info@thecrownedexperience.com. Make sure your friends are booking the same room type if you are planning to room together. We are happy to accommodate this!
Quadruple Occupancy - $1,880 - 4 Guest Max
This is the price per person in a double room with 2 beds for 4 guests. You will be assigned 3 roommate of the same sex. If you would like to be paired with friends or someone in particular, please email us at info@thecrownedexperience.com. - Arrive to our home for the next 4 nights. 5 Star All Inclusive Resort awaits you!
- Settle In, Get refreshed and head over to our welcome cocktail hour. This will allow us to mingle and get to know one another! Dinner will also be hosted at this time by one of the restaurants many restaurants
- The T.C.E Team will also inform all of our guests on what to expect over the next few days

Itinerary
Arrive to Cancun International Airport where private sprinters will be awaiting our arrivals. Refreshments and Liquor on board to get the party started! It is a straight shot from Cancun to Tulum via car, about 1.5 hours.
