Whether you're chasing powder, carving groomers, or just in it for the hot cocoa and mountain views, this trip is all about good times with great people.

Skiing:

Taos Ski Valley, an all-time favorite Fund Bank Ski Club destination: Flanked by sacred wilderness, rugged peaks, and multicultural vibes, Taos Ski Valley is a haven for 300+ inches of bone-dry powder stashes and some of the most untamed chutes, bowls, and glades in North America. With nearly half of all trails rated for beginners and intermediates, its unpolished charm and cheeky mountain rituals welcome anyone with a spirit of adventure. The package includes a five-day (Taos area) IKON ski pass. (Opt-out possible)

A six-day "Ski Week" can be added (opt-in for $350), featuring ski lessons, coaching, and mountain guidance by experienced facilitators. The "Ski Week" program is customized to meet the needs of both skilled and less experienced skiers and is delivered in small groups. It's optional, but feedback from past years has been very positive, and we highly recommend it!

Besides mountain skiing, there are options for snowshoeing in the area (https://taosskivalley.com/play/winter-activities/cross-country-skiing-snowshoeing/) and cross-country skiing, a one-hour (self-organized) drive away (https://enchantedforestxc.com/cross-country-skiing/).

Stay: Snakedance Condominiums, Taos Ski Valley (https://snakedancecondos.com)

The Snakedance is a ski in/ski out property, nestled right at the base of the main lift. Condos are slope-side, and feature large living rooms with fireplaces, modern kitchens, and one bathroom per bedroom. Reviews on major booking sites are excellent.

The property offers complementary ski valet, which has been perceived as very efficient and accommodating from participants at previous trips; a rental shop is conveniently located next door. A small on-site grocery helps keep condo kitchens stocked with basic food items - along with a great selection of wines.
