First, our team of experts come from corporate, government, and fashion. We’ve led teams, hit deadlines, raised families, and kept it together when the world around us was falling apart. We’ve lived some life, and we’ve learned what happens when you start revering yourself and putting your own needs first. That’s the wisdom we’re here to share.
Second, we’re not career retreat leaders who spend our days on a yoga mat by the ocean (although we'd love to). We are practical people who’ve learned to make peace between ambition and self-care. We use adult learning techniques (andragogy) that help you absorb and implement the neuroplasticity tools you’ll learn — not just while you’re here, but when you’re in the middle of a presentation, stuck in traffic, or boarding a flight.
Lastly, we have vision. We know that when you come to this retreat and design your freedom, you’ll be changed in small, powerful, irreversible ways. We will have the entire facility to ourselves. There are no outside visitors allowed. The cost is $1997 and this includes accommodations, meals, and the intricate programming you will receive. Also included, a motivational what’s app group, gentle movement classes, access to the pool and hot-tub.
Although you are a QUEEN, this is NOT a place for "queens" who want to be tended to.

Dr. Prudence Minton, is a Leadership Coach and Professional Learning Designer with years of experience supporting leaders across the nation. She empowers school districts and educational leaders by delivering executive coaching and designing professional learning experiences that foster culturally responsive, transformative leadership.
Prudence’s spiritual journey has profoundly influenced her work. Alongside her husband and son, she has embraced sound healing and meditation, which have become essential in balancing her life and enhancing her coaching practice. She believes that true leadership begins with self-awareness, and she incorporates this self-work into her coaching, guiding leaders to align their personal well-being with their professional impact.
As a retreat facilitator, Prudence creates brave, sacred spaces where participants can openly share, reflect, and learn from one another. Her goal is to inspire leaders to connect more deeply with themselves and their purpose, while cultivating the resilience and inner strength needed to guide their communities with compassion and clarity. Through this approach, she encourages participants to grow not only as leaders but as whole individuals, embracing both their personal and professional journeys.
Prior to her current role, Prudence co-founded and served as Chief Academic Officer for a Pre-K to 12 charter school network in Newark, New Jersey. Prudence is a Spelman grad with additional degrees from Columbia and U. Penn.
A recovering anger addict and people pleaser, Nuria McGrath is a Joy Coach who supports women navigating the demands of career, relationships, and even motherhood. She guides them from feeling frustrated and unappreciated to cultivating loving relationships with themselves and others while experiencing true freedom and security in who they are. With certifications in meditation, identity-based life coaching, yoga, and Reiki, she offers healing and transformation services through her wellness business, Dragonfly Cultivated Healing.
A Spelman grad with an engineering degree from George Mason University, Nuria is a career economist and former Coast Guard officer. She knows firsthand the challenges of working in male-dominated fields, and how important it is for women to act authentically in their talents. She deeply understands the frustration and pressure that comes with these roles and is passionate about guiding women as they step into their true power.
Nuria has facilitated several transformative retreats, using a variety of healing mechanisms including dance, meditation, music, breathwork, song, gentle movement, and energy healing.
She lives in Fairfax, VA, with her life partner and husband, where they raise their three daughters and dog. Nuria enjoys writing, reading, yoga, meditation, traveling, gardening, and singing—always finding joy in having fun!
Born and raised in Jamaica, West Indies, Michelle Beckles always believed in living a life fueled by passion and purpose. At 54, her journey has taken her from studying finance and accounting to building a successful career in the beauty industry as a professional makeup artist, business manager, and owner of her own makeup studio for 10 years.
After retiring at 50, Michelle embraced her true love—cooking—and began creating content to inspire others with vibrant, flavorful vegan recipes. Today, she's a thriving content creator across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, sharing plant-based dishes that nourish the body and delight the soul.
Beyond the kitchen, she leads transformative retreats that combine healthy plant-based eating, cooking demonstrations, and education with powerful manifestation practices to help women cultivate wellbeing, balance, and success in every area of life.
Mornings will begin with gentle movement and breathwork on the land, tuning into your body’s wisdom as the day opens. You’ll be nourished with vibrant, home-cooked vegan meals crafted with love by Michelle, each dish infused with intention to support your healing from the inside out.
Afternoons invite you into a rhythm of rest and reconnection. Through visualizations, art, and life-path reflections, you’ll explore your inner landscape with softness and curiosity. You’ll dance to call in what you truly desire, soak in sacred plant baths to release what no longer serves you, and find joy in sisterhood that sees you fully.
Evenings are for slowing down and being held. We’ll gather in circle around candlelight, pulling cards, sharing stories, and soaking in the warmth of community.
