Led by Narayani and Swami Dada Satyamitra, with over 20 years of teaching experience, our Yoga Alliance Certified trainings unite classical teachings with a grounded modern approach. Since 2009, we’ve guided students from around the world to embody yoga, find their voice, and share the practice with authenticity and purpose. At Paraiso Yoga School, we embrace yoga as more than just a physical practice — it is a holistic way of life.

I recommend this training highly. I picked up some excellent skills to use in personal and/or professional settings but more than that even...I learned a lot about being in.my body and the breath. The instructors both were lovely and paid attention to our expectations and needs(for me it's been becoming more aware and grounded). I felt like they cared and have both spent many years exploring the body and being in motion and in stillness. The teachers have a strong command of fluid natural movement and Thai customs/massage. That I think is rare outside.of Thailand!! I am very grateful for the experience and what I found in the instructors which is difficult to come by...authentic presence.
