After breakfast, around 10am in the morning a driver will bring you to the historic centre of Noto - the small but stunning capital of the Noto Valley. 

The town of Noto is considered to have one of the best expression of Italian baroque architecture.

Noto was re- built after a massive earthquake in the VII Century under the Spanish domination and with the help of the Italian architects and artists.

This gave us as a gift a town that is with no doubts one of the gems of south of Italy.

Enjoy a morning of exploring Noto at your leisure with time for Lunch  - check iut the cathedral and the town square  - there are a huge number of fantastic places to eat we will reccomend. Don't miss a gelato at Bar Italia!

After lunch, In the afternoon,  your driver will take you to a local organic farm cooperative store where you can find some of the best Olive oil of the region before stopping  at a local winery for a wine tasting and visit of the property.

The day will continue in the lovely fisherman town of Marzamemi.

This town is today one of the most visited places of the Sicilian south east coast (The Singer Madonna celebrated her birthday party here in 2022 just to give you an example).

The charm of the town located right on the ocean and especially nice town square to enjoy an afternoon aperitivo.

Your driver will return you to your boutique hotel in time to enjoy their restaurant for dinner.

The Noto valley is famous for it's baroque architecture.

Today you will visit another of the towns that contributed the most to make this region of Sicily one of the most charming  - Modica 

We will wander through the streets of Modica admiring the beauty left from its glorious past and but also stop at the oldest chocolate shop of Sicily. After a short walking tour we'll go for a cooking class!

Ortigia, the island historical centre of Syracusa is one of the most beautiful cities in all of Italy, let alone Sicily.

Rather than walk, today you will see the city by e-bike!This is a great way to explore the highlights of Syracuse at a faster pace than a walking tour.

As well as exploring the streets of Syracuse, the tour visits the small island of Ortigia to see its ancient Greek monuments and the Temple of Apollo.

When you finish your tour you'll have time for lunch at one of the many restaurantst overlooking the mediterranean on the city walls before your driver takes you back to your hotel in Noto.

Today you will leave Noto and move to Taormina by private transfer.

Taormina is without doubts one of the gems of Sicily.

The views are incredible, facing the blue water of the Mediterranean sea and the volcano Mt. Etna and the charm of the town it is hard to be described in words.

Once arrived in Taormina we will leave you the time for settling at your new accommodation and wander around this small clifftop town to enjoy the views - this will definitely be an 'instagram' moment!

After a few days on the go perhaps you would like you to relax to the max on this day and do as the Italians do on vacation - hit the beach in style.

After breakfast head to one of our favorite beach clubs of this part of Sicily.

You will have your own beach chairs and umbrellas and drinks for you to enjoy to the max the beauty of the Mediterranean sea.

Enjoy swimming in one of the clearest water of all of Italy and perhaps a seafood lunch at the club restaurant.

In the afternoon enjoy a boat trip around isola bella - definitely the best way to see this stunning part of the Sicilian coast line

Later afternoon take a 'passagiata' or evening stroll through the streets of Taormina as the locals do and have dinner in one of Taormina's fine restaurants.

Have you ever been on an active volcano!?

Well if not this will be your first time. After breakfast your driver will take you at the meeting point where a qualified local guide will lead the group for a tour on the Mt. Etna. 

You will board on 4x4 jeeps and drive up to the mountain stopping at the most panoramic view point where the guide will tell you everything about the past eruptions and while admiring a unique scenery.

At the end of the tour we will arrange lunch for you at a local agriturismo and winery where you will enjoy a gourmet meal accompanied by their local wines.

This is with no doubt one of the best experiences to take if you are visiting this area.

In the afternoon your guide will take you back at your accommodation in Toarmina for your last night there. 

Today you will leave Taormina to your last destination - Palermo.

On the way your driver will stop so you can enjoy lunch and a stroll in Cefalu a beautiful beach town on the north coast and not to be missed. The historic town and the beach here is beautiful - a favorite holiday destination for Italians from all over Italy and a perfect way to enjoy this road trip on the way to Palermo.

Don't miss the magnificent Duomo (cathedral) in the heart of the town famous for it's mosaics.

You'll arrive in Palermo in the late afternoon in time to relax at your final hotel before dinner.

In the morning a qualified local guide will give you a walking tour of the city visiting the main sites while hopping in and out from local food stores and tasting their typical products. 

 Today a private driver will transport you to the magnificent town of Erice, a charming medieval village located on top of a hill overlooking the splendid Sicilian coast. 

Meet a local private guide at the cable car in Trapani which will transport you up to Erice where it will be possible to admire a magnificent landscape: you can observe the intense blue of the sea which extends to the horizon, caressing the cliffs below. The surrounding hills are painted green, dotted with ancient villages and cultivated fields, while the wind whispers through the trees. Also famous for its desserts, here there are several typical pastry shops where it will be possible to taste the local delicacies.

The narrow cobbled streets, lined with Norman architecture buildings, will lead you through a labyrinth of history and charm. Inside the city walls, you can admire the majestic Venus Castle, a fortress that offers a spectacular view of the blue sea below and the suggestive surrounding landscapes. Not far from here, the Mother Church will welcome you with its grandeur and its architectural details, transporting you back in time and immersing you in the mystical atmosphere of the Middle Ages. 

After time for lunch in one of Erice's trattoria's your driver will take you back to Palermo for a relaxing evening before your journey home.

Sadly it's time to say goodbye.

Your driver will pick you up at oyur accommodation and take you at the airport.
