THETRAVELJUNKEES would like the welcome you to The Cartagena Experience.

What you will get in the inclusive experience, is breakfast daily at the hotel. Our very own ALL WHITE party welcome dinner. Also we have a night where a local Colombian band will come in and entertain you, then we have our very own Salsa lessons, and a day where we visit the famous village of Palenque. There is also be a plethora of optional excursions for you to choose from and we can arrange and coordinate those for you.

This is guaranteed to be one of the most unique experience you've had on a trip to any destination, and we are bringing it to you in the very lovely Cartagena, Colombia.

****WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND ALL TRAVELERS PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE, IN PARTICULAR A POLICY THAT INCLUDES A CANCEL FOR ANY REASON CLAUSE OR ADDENDUM****

Initial deposits are refundable up to 48 hours after time/date of registration, after the 48-hour timeframe your deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE.

Full payment or Final payment for this trip will need to be completed on or before Feb 1st 2023. Your final payment is NON-REFUNDABLE upon it's due date of Feb 1st 2023. If you cancel your trip at any time after the 1st payment has been made you will need to file a claim with your insurance provider to reclaim any funds paid towards your trip.

If for any reason THETRAVELJUNKEES are not able to visit our desired destination this trip will be postponed to a later date and time. If you cannot make the dates for the rescheduled trip, you will have the option to go at your leisure on your own. In some cases, we may be able to (depending on the dates) rollover monies paid to a TTJ tour for the future. In the event you opt out of either option you will be responsible for filing a claim with your insurance provider to recoup any monies paid.

Music and dance is inextricably interwoven into the life, culture and history of the people of Cartagena - from cumbia that mirrors the dance of the shackled-ankles of African slaves through to the accordion-accompanied Vallenato and the now international salsa. It's the most fun history lesson around!

My mom and I had a great time. It was a great blended group of women. I had the opportunity to meet up with my TravelJunkee Family and meet new TravelJunkees. This was my mom’s first experience traveling with the group. She thought it was an awesome group of women and loved how you could mix with anyone at any given time. It was fun had by all.
