Join the adventure Chefs and backcountry party crew at Go Wild: American Adventures for a weekend that is one part an incredible outdoor dining experience and one part wild adventure.
Spend the weekend with new friends, foraging, learning open fire cooking techniques, and dining on amazing meals crafted collaboratively by your chefs and adventure-mates. We'll source all food locally in Eastern Oregon and by foraging from around camp.
Between meal times, if you have any room left, join in one of many adventure activities. Highlights include: live music around the fire, wine pairing with our local winemaker, naturalist guided day hikes, swimming, foraging, star gazing, and optional bonus 1/2 day activities to add to your adventure including: wilderness kayaking, horseback trail rides, and fly fishing instruction.

To add a little mystery to the adventure, our camp location will be disclosed 2 week prior to the start of our CampOut. We've hand picked an amazing spot, away from crowds, with access to incredible foraging & activity options

While supplies last- rent your entire camp set up from Go Wild for a small fee and show up to Camp ALL SET UP!

choose from a range of included and reservable activities to add to make the most of your adventure weekened!
What's not included
Transportation
to Eastern Oregon (nearest airports are BOI, PDT, PDX)
Camp Gear
unless you request it- bring your own camp gear (tent, pads, sleeping bag, etc)
Lunches
Our team will be crushing dinners, breakfasts, and desserts- bring your own lunch snacks!
Additional Alcoholic Bev
expect ~2 cocktails per evening, beyond that BYOB
Crew Gratuity
suppport your guides and crew with a tip (not required but appreciated, generally 10-20% of trip cost)
Thursday, Day 1
Welcome to Camp
The adventure van leaves La Grande, OR at 3pm for transportation to camp. Alternatively, drive your own car!
This evening is our welcome reception! Get to know your fellow campers and chefs over fun ice-breakers, craft cocktails & mocktails, and a delicious welcome meal. Settle in under the stars for an evening concert against our wild, beautiful, natural backdrop.
Day 2-3
Camp Cooking & Activities
Over the next two days immerse yourself in the wild with daily collaborative meal prep and a host of group activities from foraging, to guided ecological day hikes, to star gazing. If you're here to relax, no worries! Put your feet up in the hammock and use this time to disconnect.
We're also offering a select spots on bonus activities: fly fishing, horseback riding, a food photography workshop, and intro to packrafting. These tours are first come first serve, add them to your reservation at checkout.
Day 3 also brings our final dinner party- emphasis on party! Raise a glass, play a game, and enjoy one more amazing dinner with new friends.
Sunday, Day 4
Back to Civilization
Day 4 starts with an amazing breakfast to morning bird songs. There's no rush, so relax with your last cup of coffee before helping the team dismantle the camp for transportation back to the city. Hugs goodbye and pick up any last minute swag to remember the trip.
