I usually do not give reviews but this journey to Egypt was something that I could not have imagined. The preplanning and the information that was received prior to leaving the USA was 100% on point and useful. The way all information was disseminated to all traveler's was stellar. No time during my travel did I ever feel unsafe or in harms way. The boots on the ground at every part of the trip was amazing. From the airport arrivals to the hotel to the cruise ship to all the departures - never once missing a beat! It runs like a swiss watch - never needing winding and always available to you. I would be remiss if I also did not call out Prince - the Egyptologist who has taught me so much that I thought I already knew, but didn't. But to the man behind Maximum Impact - Jay - you run a top class organization. I am thankful that Maximum Impact and Dunamis Woman have collaborated on this journey and I look forward to many more journeys. Susanna Bendel

Trip of a Lifetime, EGYPT in the month of APRIL 2024 TO MAY 5TH 2024 was truly an unforgettable & amazing experience with Maximum Impact Travel and Memphis Tours. From the beginning - my arrival in Cairo and meeting Amgad upon landing, he was extremely helpful and seamlessly navigated our group with obtaining the required VISA, baggage claim, clearing customs, and ground transportation to the Luxury Hotel in Cairo. Special handling of luggage was taken by Amgad to ensure we received all luggage upon checking into the Hotel after lunch in Cairo. Our Egyptologist tour guide, Ahmed, BKA “Prince”, took great care of all of our needs to ensure we learned the truth about Kemet - Our History/Egyptian History and gave us 1st class exploration of the ancient wonders in Egypt and along the Nile through the stop in Aswan, every aspect of the trip was curated to offer a remarkable cultural and historical experience. Everything from the food, accommodations and sites was top notch. I left Egypt with a greater appreciation of our culture. THANK YOU FOR MIT for this amazing experience!!!

I had the absolute privilege of joining the Gateway Experience Ghana, July 2022. There's only one word to describe it - TRANSFORMATIVE. Jay has done the work and created a truly phenomenal travel experience. Because of his efforts, I connected with the ancestors, with Ghanaians, with Africans and with myself. I fell in love with Ghana and am now planning to move there. Jay and his local team - the incomparable Morris and the loyal Ernest - took care of every detail and provided a trip that was informative, enjoyable and safe. I don't think I could have that experience with any other tour operator. From now on, I will only travel with Jay and Maximum Impact when I visit any place in Africa. In fact, my group and I are planning to travel together again to Tanzania next year. It's just that deep. If you love Black people and Blackness, then love yourself by booking a trip with Maximum Impact!

Customer service exceptional! What a pleasure to work with Maximum Impact Travel for this trip. They are thorough and very attentive as there are several steps to traveling to Ghana; the entire Maximum Impact team made the booking process seamless with EASY-to-follow instructions. All questions I had were answered promptly and professionally. And, oh my goodness, once you get to Ghana, you will be warmly received by the Maximum Impact team and treated like a V.I.P. Accommodations are clean and super-comfortable and offer all amenities. Don’t hesitate booking the trip if you’re traveling solo as I was. It’s a trip of a lifetime where you will meet wonderful traveling companions, tour the country with knowledgeable guides and wish that the trip was longer. I LOVED IT! A powerful and stirring cultural tour that also includes fun-loving activities. Outstanding job by Maximum Impact. I’m already planning my next tour with you.
