About this trip

Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more fully alive. Elevate!

Reconnect with your passion and purpose through yoga, creativity, nature, and soul-nourishing community in the serene Highlands of North Carolina. Step away from the noise and into the stillness of the mountains—where distractions fall away and your true self can rise to the surface.

Rest...

Nestled among the vibrant fall colors and crisp mountain air of Franklin/Highlands, this four-day journey blends soulful yoga, mindful creativity, immersive nature excursions, and warm community connection—all designed to renew your sense of purpose and passion.

Explore...

Experience the magnificent Highlands at their most breathtaking—fiery fall colors, crisp mountain air, and some of the region’s most stunning waterfalls. Discover the area's rich creative spirit with a visit to the renowned Bascom Visual Art Center, a hub for local and regional artists. Nearby Franklin and Highlands offer charming, walkable downtowns for farm-to-table dining, boutique shopping, and rejuvenating spa experiences.

Elevate...

Is this retreat for me?

Something about this retreat is calling to you, or you wouldn't have read this far. You may still be wondering though, "Is this really the right retreat for me?"

"Will I fit in?"

"Will it be worth the investment/time away from work and family?"

"Will I be made to feel bad for: not being in shape/ eating meat/ being too old/ being too young/ not being creative or bendy or more adventurous?"

Or my personal favorite: "Is this gonna get weird?" :)

Every yoga retreat and retreat leader is different. So take your time to read over the information. Only you can know if this is the right retreat for you. Be reassured though, that you will be welcome, wherever you are on your journey.

And let’s be honest—excuses (even really good ones) are easier than action. But by investing in yourself you're also investing in everyone around you: your family, co-workers, clients. Because when you’re at your best, your most empowered and centered, your whole world benefits!
