      About this trip

Co-create transformational healing with the energy of the autumn season, the land and yourself - in ways only available when you give yourself the gift of your presence and a sacred pause. An immersive experience of connection, healing & empowerment. The expansion and healing work experienced on The Retreat has the power to travel backward + forward in time.

The Retreat is a 4-night/5-day experience at the incredible Stowel Lake Farm, an organic farm and retreat centre on Salt Spring Island, British Columbia.

Every day will be a beautiful journey that will consist of:

      -morning and afternoon yoga

      -daily workshops, ritual and ceremony

      -evening connection circles

-nourishment from the land via gourmet farm to table meals

-plant ally support via herbal teas

You are welcome to participate in as much or as little as you feel called. This is an invitation to practice reverence for and honour your spirit/body/heart and to allow yourself to be held.

The salt spring retreat is EVERYTHING! If you are thinking of going and need an extra little nudge this is it:) I have been retreating with Taryn and Dawn for over 8 years and this retreat was once again perfection. Stowell lake farm is so beautiful, the food, the gardens, the accommodations, yoga studio, farm stand, the barn (where I love to spend my free time on a couch) and so much more. I stayed in a yurt again this year and I loved it. It is a little rustic but also has the beautiful linens and extra touches that make it feel special. Dawn and Taryn take great care of you and you feel supported by them and amazing peeps during your time there. I always leave there feeling happy, grounded and inspired.

Such a beautiful, peaceful space with amazing women. Taryn and Dawn create such a safe and welcoming atmosphere. The yoga practices and the accompanying readings and thoughts shared touched my soul and enriched my life. Thank you so much for this time to decompress, come back to myself, and truly relax. Of course the food is just amazing too! Thank you!

Amazing, restorative, relaxing - checked all the boxes as to why I needed this retreat so badly. The added bonus is going away adding new friends to a very selective group I consider angels on earth. Taryn's yoga is other-worldly and perhaps the reason why I can't develop a consistent practice at home. She truly understands trauma informed yoga and she is a wise old soul ina young woman's body. The food is fresh and delicious and I can't wait to return next year.
