        Please book your flight into Kotoka International Airport (ACC) - flight assistance available upon request at a fee
      • Visa or passport fees
        If you have a U.S. passport, you will need a valid Visa to enter Ghana, which can be secured on arrival for $150USD. If you have a CARICOM passport, a visa is not needed but please double check info.
      • Vaccination fees
        The Yellow Fever vaccine is required. Malaria pills are advised.
      • Travel insurance

      • Medical insurance

      Today marks the beginning of your unforgettable journey in the heart of West Africa. As you touch down at Kotoka International Airport (ACC), our friendly team will be there to greet you with a warm Akwaaba (welcome) to Ghana!


      No need to worry about transportation – we've arranged for a private shuttle to whisk you away to our luxurious 4-star hotel. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the scenic drive as you make your way to your home away from home.


      Once we arrive at the hotel, take a moment to settle in and get acquainted with your surroundings. Whether you choose to unwind with a refreshing drink by the pool, indulge in a spa treatment, or simply kick back in the comfort of your room, the choice is yours.


      Later in the evening, we'll gather for a special themed Welcome Dinner at a local restaurant. It's the perfect opportunity to meet your fellow travelers, mingle with the tour team, and savor the flavors of Ghanaian cuisine.


      After dinner, you're free to explore the vibrant nightlife of Accra at your leisure. Whether you choose to join the vibrant festivities of Afrofuture or dance the night away at a lively club or call it a night and relax from your travels, there's no shortage of options to suit your mood. 


      Important Note: Night life is optional and your hosts may or may not partake in night time activities. However, for those interested in the Afrofuture Festival, we will arrange transfer from the hotel to the festival location. Participants will have to arrange their own transportation back, either through Uber or taxi.
