Rare Method™ offers a one-of-a-kind approach to mind and movement practices rooted in flow yoga and informed by Somatic Experiencing principles. Guided by founder Randelle Lusk, this integrative practice supports grounded embodiment, emotional resiliency and nervous system regulation as it weaves together cathartic release, somatic healing techniques, dynamic breathwork, and intentional pause.

This Year's Theme: Embodied Emotional Intelligence

At Haven 2027, we’re exploring Emotional Intelligence—not only as a theory, but as a felt, embodied experience that shapes how we lead, relate, and live.

This theme will thread through our group workshops, somatic practices, and guided self-inquiry. Together, we’ll explore the ways we perceive ourselves, express our truth, navigate relationships, manage stress, and make aligned decisions.

Emotional Intelligence becomes a tool for real-time awareness—helping us respond rather than react, set boundaries with clarity, and stay connected to what matters most.

Prior to arrival each guest will complete and EQi 2.0 Assessment which we will debrief and dive into together. 

This retreat offers space to grow your emotional fluency and reconnect with the inner intelligence that lives in your body, breath, and presence.

Fly into San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD) from most major North American cities. Westjet offers direct flights from Calgary, Vancouver and Toronto. Suggested arrival time is no later than 3pm and departure no earlier than 230pm, local time. 

From there you're a 90 minute drive by Uber, hired car or by bus. We're here to help you get there!

Kindly note, ground transfers are not included but can be an arranged through Rare Method. This is to account for guests wanting to arrive early or depart late, as pricing will vary depending on volume. Optional group arrangements will be made closer to our travel date.

A note about tipping

Tipping plays an important role in the Mexican tourism industry, we suggest a gratuity of $185 USD, plus 15-20% on all additional incidentals, treatments or excursions be paid to the hotel at the end of your stay.
