This weekend invites you into the rich and creative world of witchcraft—where ritual, intuition, nature and magical making come together. Through practical workshops, shared rituals and conversation, we’ll explore different ways of connecting with magic and bringing it into our everyday lives.
Across the weekend, you’ll be guided through a changing programme of creative witchcraft workshops shaped especially for each retreat. Candle magic will form part of our practice, alongside activities inspired by previous weekends, which have included altar making, collage, tarot, spellcraft and traditional besom broom making.
We’ll also take our practice into the landscape, gathering beside the River Wye for a shared ritual and time to reflect, connect and experience a little summer magic together.
Each morning begins with guided yoga, blending meditation, movement, sound and breathwork to open the body, quiet the mind and deepen our connection to ourselves, one another and the natural world..
This retreat will be lead by intuitive ceramicist, designer and witch, Blue Firth.
Weaving in local elements of craft, history and folklore, Blue uses clay as a medium for her magic.
During this weekend, you will use clay ceramic triple goddess archetypes Maiden, Mother and Crone alongside an individual spell; learning how to introduce the elements and ritual into your practice through physical form.
Our senior teacher Gray will lead all yoga and meditations throughout the weekend and will be making sure your needs are met, supported by his husband, Matthew (host and chef).
