-Stop at Junglewood Falls for swimming in a natural pool and introduction to the Mamoní Nature Reserve.
- Tour of Mamoní Center. Talk on bamboo and sustainability, followed by a bamboo boat-building workshop.
- Talk about the Mamoní Nature Reserve and the importance of protecting the Eco Chocó-Darién region, a biodiversity bridge between two mega-continents.

- Hike (3 hours) along the continental divide. The hike crosses mountain ridges where rivers originate, flowing towards the Pacific and Caribbean coasts, dividing the two oceans. From this point, we can appreciate the division between the Guna Yala region and the Darién province.
- Visit the Agroforestry Center, where we will learn about integrated agricultural systems.
- Exchange with the guardians of Guna Yala territory about the use of the SMART program.
