The trip to Fiji was amazing as usual. Our ambassador Poiette was amazing. Making sure ALL our needs were met. It was another group of great people. The Fijian people are the most friendly and polite people I've met in a long time. Just imagine, you're coming off the plane and the employees who are waiting to pick-up the wheelchair passengers are saying good morning to you! Also, all through the airport. I've not said, hello, thank you, you're welcome and the same to you so much in a while. LOL. As a hard-core vegan, the food was amazing. The chefs and supervisors made sure that I ate and I was able to order food for the journey home because I don't eat airplane food. Especially, after my experience on Delta enroute to Senegal. The resorts were beautiful. I loved how the staff would welcome you with the drums and sing a farewell song to you when you are leaving. The visit to the village was really heartwarming. If you should ever visit Fiji, if you're so moved, please bring some gifts, like school supplies, toys, etc. and you can also bring a polaroid camera to take pictures for the children and adults. You can also, take a little trinket for the adults too. It was like I was in a 70s-time machine seeing the women with their Afros and natural hair. Took me back to the days when I used to rock my Afro, too., in the 70s I loved when they said WELCOME HOME!! I did feel at home. The trip to Castaway Island was beautiful We were welcomed with a song upon arrival. I wish we had more time to visit some other areas. I'm in touch with one of the supervisors and she said to me, "please come back when you have time. We miss you around here." Some of the employees also told me, please come back. LOL!! It's so amazing to hear either, Ms. Debra or Ms. Debbie while walking through the hotel or in the restaurant. LOL!! Fiji is definitely on my return to passport stamp list. Hope to see you on a Haitian Nomad trip. Bula - Welcome Vinaka - Thank you. LOL!!

It was a restful trip. The itinerary was designed with a good amount of down time which was what I was looking for in this trip.

My first Haitian Nomad trip through Vietnam and Cambodia was absolutely amazing. I'm already counting down the days until I can book my next adventure with Haitian Nomad. First off, the people! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. It really did feel like a big family by the end of our time together. Definitely have some new friends. Then the planned activities. They were 🔥🔥🔥🔥. There was something for everyone; we had active adventures to opportunities to learn more about the history of place and stories of the people to rest and relaxation. It wasn't just about the touristy stuff; we really got to connect with the places we visited. The food was also on point. We were fed well and good and really got to experience authentic local cuisine. In addition, communication was on point throughout the trip. Everything was super organized, so I didn't have to stress about a thing. Oh, and the accommodations? Top-notch, for real. It was like staying in luxury heaven after a day of exploring. If you're looking for a stress-free, luxury travel experience where you can kick-back, soak up the culture, and make some dope memories, Haitian Nomad is where it's at.

Let me start off with saying I had a ball on the trip. Toi was the best ambassador she had everything planned out for us. It was a trip that was well needed and I was glad that I took the chance to go half way around the world and I had a blast. Toi gets 200 stars she was the best. I would go on another trip as long as Toi is the ambassador. Toi thank you so much for showing up and showing out the best. I had a blast.
