This is more than a getaway. It’s the kind of experience you never want to leave.
And when you do, you won’t be the same person who arrived.
Learn the Art of Calm - Each day begins with gentle grounding Qi Gong practices to awaken your body, restore your energy, enhance flexibility, and create deep inner peace. No experience needed, just a willingness to breathe and let go.
Eat with the Seasons, Feel the Shift – Each day discover how to nourish your body in rhythm with the 4 seasons. Learn the secrets of each season, it’s needs and how to support and stay healthy and vital all year-round.
Breathe Deeper, Feel Lighter – Guided meditations, self-care acupressure or gentle acupuncture sessions to quiet the mind, release stress, and awaken presence.
Moments That Matter – Meaningful connection with like-minded souls, local experiences, and the slow beauty of island life in Antiparos.

For travel by plane to Paros:
You must plan your trip, first, by flying to Athens International Airport. Please allow at least a 2-hour connection for the flight to Paros. There are at least 5 flights from Athens to Paros each day with either Olympic or Sky Express, starting from about 6:30am until early evening. Please note that Olympic belongs to Aegean, the national airline of Greece and it may be cheaper and easier to book tickets all the way. Check www.olympicair.com or www.skyexpress.gr
For travel by ferry to Paros:
Most suitable ferries leave from the port at Piraeus, which is about 30-45 min. drive from the airport and a 30 min train or taxi ride from Athens city center. The ferry trip is 2.5 to 4 hours, depending on the company. There are also ferries from port of Rafina, close to the airport, to Paros. Here is a link to ferry information. www.ferryscanner.com
Getting to Antiparos:
It is highly recommended to rent a car in Paros - they will meet you in the airport or ferry port. The agency we recommend for the best prices is Autcar Union and we have a good prices with them, but you can choose any international car rental company.
From Paros Airport or from Parikia Port, you drive to the port of Pounta, where you take a 5 min. ferry (with your car) to Antiparos. They run every 10-15 minutes.

I just returned from the wonderful retreat that Maria and Gil organized on the amazing Greek Island, Antiparos. This place is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen, and a perfect surrounding for a calming and relaxing retreat where you take care of yourself from the inside and out. Delicious and nourishing meals, different Qigong practises and knowledge about good food throughout the seasons. I highly recommend this retreat, and I will definitely go back.
Thank you Maria and Gil ❤ (Susanne, Sweden)
I spent four and a half wonderful days guided by two outstanding professionals, who are also truly admirable human beings, in a warm atmosphere and an exceptional setting. Learning chi gong under Maria Kristina’s guidance was an incredible discovery. It helped me relearn how to breathe, reduce my stress and tension, boost and strengthen my inner energy, and feel more balanced. Gil Barzilay’s valuable medical and culinary advices, aligned with the seasons, sparked my curiosity and will help me make better food choices throughout the year. Looking back on this retreat, I realize I’m leaving as a different person than the one who first arrived. What a fantastic journey and personal introspection (Sivan, Belgium)
