We're staying LOCAL! Join Catherine, Montana and Nicole for a weekend getaway installment of The Retreat at Meraki House in Dover, Ohio.
At The Retreat, we believe in the power of community and collective movement and aim to make each of our installments an opportunity to bring people together through curated travel experiences that create a balanced, intentional way to spend your hard-earned time off.
Itinerary (subject to change, all times are ET):
Friday —
- 5pm Arrive! Check-in! Start to mingle!
- 5pm Welcome Sesh with light snacks and N.A. happy hour
- 6:30pm Collective Move + Flow with Catherine
- 8pm Vegetarian Family Style Dinner
- Evening Hang Out! Enjoy the pool, fire pit, sauna + time together.
Saturday —
- 8am DIY Breakfast Bar with coffee, tea, oats, granola, yogurt and more.
- 9:30am Collective Move + Flow with Montana
- 12pm Lunch
- Afternoon Hang out! Enjoy the pool, fire pit and sauna, plus you may have the opportunity to practice your cold plunge and pull some Oracle cards ;)
- 5:30pm In The Flow Movement + Coaching Workshop with Catherine
- 7:30pm Vegetarian Family Style Dinner
- Evening Hang Out! Enjoy the pool, fire pit, sauna + time together.
Sunday —
- 7:30am Peace Out Energy Shift with Montana
- 9am DIY Breakfast Bar with coffee, tea, oats, granola, yogurt and more.
- 10:30am Head Home / Checkout
Accomodations + Transportation
We'll be staying at Meraki House in Dover, Ohio. This 12-bedroom, Tulum-inspired property has a pool, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, swings, a yoga platform and tons of communal space for us to hang, inside and out.
Meraki is a Greek word that means to pour yourself, your heart, creativity, and soul into what you do, and this space was created in that spirit. Perfection was never the goal. The owners transformed a former doomsday shelter into a retreat space made from shipping containers.
Nicole Barley will be our chef for the weekend, cooking vegetarian and primarily gluten free meals and snacks. We'll ask for your dietary restrictions upon sign up and do our best to accommodate.
You'll be responsible for your own transportation to and from Meraki house. The exact address will be shared closer to our start date and you'll be able to park on-site. Coming from out of town? You can fly into Pittsburgh (65 miles away), Cleveland (65 miles), or Columbus (85 miles away) and rent a car or carpool. We'll start a group chat closer to the retreat dates where you can perhaps make carpool plans with fellow retreaters.
Registration Details
Registration Details + Instructions
- Registration will open on Saturday, March 2 at 2pm ET. Only those already on the waitlist will have access to registration.
- There is high demand for these retreats, so mark your calendar now to get your spot.
- Pre-plan with your desired roommates. Similar to buying concert tickets, you’ll need one person to book your room on behalf of all the roommates. Available room types are listed below.
- If you are booking on behalf of your roommates, you will pay the $500/person deposit on everyone’s behalf upon booking and pay their final payment by April 15.
- We suggest you sit together or Facetime while you book. We’ll need some info from each participant like name, email, phone number, dietary restrictions, fitness experience, pre-existing medical conditions, and agreement to the Terms + Conditions.
- There will be two different WeTravel booking links, one for each weekend. Be sure you are on the page that correlates to your desired weekend.
- When registration opens at 2pm ET on Saturday, March 2, the “Not Available” buttons below will change to “Book Now”.
- Due to demand, each attendee may only book one of the two available weekends. Booking both weekends will result in a cancellation.
Payments + Pricing
- The price of your retreat depends on the type of room you book. To guarantee your reservation, pay your $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due no later than April 15, 2024. If your booking is made after April 15, the entire trip cost must be paid at the time of booking.
- Payments must be made through this safe and secure WeTravel page. If you pay via bank transfer, there is no transaction fee. If you pay by credit card, 2.9% is added for Visa/Mastercard and 3.9% is added for AMEX.
Refunds + Cancellations
- In the event you need to cancel your reservation, a refund of your payments minus your initial non-refundable deposit of $500 will be given if you cancel prior to April 15, 2024.
- If you cancel after April 15, you are responsible for 100% of the trip price and are not eligible for a refund.
- In case of cancellation, you may transfer your deposit or your reservation to another person if you should find someone to take your place and notify [email protected] at least 48 hours in advance.

What’s included
- Move + Flow ClassesCatherine + Montana will each teach two of their signature Collective Move + Flow classes. It's yoga meets HIIT cardio in a way that will turn up the emotional connection to your body and emotions.
- Meditation + ReflectionAfter each movement session, we'll meditate and do some intention-setting and reflection. Bring your journal!
- Vegetarian MealsTwo breakfasts, one lunch, two dinners, and snacks will be vegetarian and primarily GF.
- Meraki House FacilitiesAll the Meraki House facilities... hot tub, pool, sauna, cold plunge, etc.

- TransportationWe'll provide the exact address upon registration. Drive and park (carpool encouraged!)

Book this solo queen bedroom all for yourself. You'll share one of the five common bathrooms in the house. We have 4 rooms of this type, don't miss out! Since this is our last room, you can opt to make it a double for $990/person, but please note the room is small. Email [email protected] to inquire about adding a roomie.
Solitude awaits! This is the ultimate private experience at Meraki house. This private room includes a queen bed all to yourself plus a private in-room bath. We only have two of these, jump on it!
Perfect for friends or family who want a little more privacy. This room includes one queen bed to share plus a private in-room bath. This room requires two participants to book. Price listed is per person. We have 2 rooms of this type, don't miss out!
Sleepover time! This room has two queen beds in a bunk formation, but we're selling it as a double for those who know they want to come with friends but not share a bed. This room will share a common bath with a few other rooms in the house.
Price is per person. Must book at least 2 participants to secure this room. We have 1 room of this type, don't miss out! If you want to bring a third or fourth friend to share this room, we can accommodate — just email [email protected] and we'll discuss. The additional roomies will also pay a $500 deposit but the total price for all roomies will be adjusted to $990 if beds are shared.

This scholarship will fully cover retreat tuition for one attendee on the majority of our retreats, including accommodations in a private garden room. All travel expenses, incidentals, and add-on experiences are at the cost of the scholarship recipient.
