Each day will be a little different but usually be organized something like this:
• Morning beach walk
• Breakfast
• Collective Move + Flow with Presley or Collective Move + Strength with Matthew, set to music, meditation, journaling.
• Free time / lunch with plenty of time built in for spa treatments, excursions, shopping, reading, swimming, or whatever your heart desires.
• There maybe a few optional evening activities as well.
• Dinner
• Free time
(All activities are optional. If you want to skip a day and do your own thing you're welcome to do so.)
