Join inspired leaders Lori Myles-Carullo & Kaylan Wojcik at magical Mystica Lodge for a powerful and luscious week of RISING in Divine Feminine Empowerment. Give yourself the gift of this time away in the tropical beauty of Costa Rica to nourish and nurture yourself deeply in body, heart, mind, and soul. Join together in sacred connection with like-hearted women who have participated in Lori's 12 week online RISE program, one of our SHAKTI RISING retreats, or the Shakti Rising Lunar Circles.
During our fabulous week together, each day will be devoted to a specific Goddess from one of the world's spiritual traditions, along with her healing empowerments. The various practices of Meditation, Breath Work ,Yoga, Qi Gong, Chanting, Ecstatic Dance, and more will all centre around the empowering theme of the day. We will also journey to the Pacific Coast for a Beach Day at Playa Hermosa, bathe in the soothing Hot Springs at the base of the Arenal Volcano, enjoy a 3 hour sunset Catamaran Cruise on Lake Arenal, experience a candlelit Sound Journey, and participate in a Full Moon Sacred Cacao Ceremony.

Airport Van Transport

Classes + Workshops

BEACH DAY
Day trip to the beautiful Playa Hermosa on the Pacific Coast - includes Qi Gong for Vital Life Energy on the beach and lunch at the Bosque Del Mar Restaurant
Healing Hot Springs
A half day excursion to La Fortuna to shop and then lunch at the afternoon at the healing Ecotermales Hot Springs at the base of the Arenal Volcano. Melt away stresses & tensions in this pure Paradise
Sunset Catamaran Tour
A beautiful 3 hour Sunset Cruise on Lake Arenal - dive into the water and dance to the latino music on the amazing Tucan Catamaran!
Full Moon Sound Journey
Bathe in the healing Full Moon frequencies & vibrations of a Healing Sound Journey led by the magical Daniela Segura from San Jose, Costa Rica
Cacao Ceremony
Be guided in a sacred cacao ceremony followed by Ecstatic Dance in the La Esencia Sanctuary

WELLNESS THERAPIES
Optional wellness therapies such as Massage, Reiki Energy Healing, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Soul Coaching, etc. are NOT included but can be booked and paid for separately
ADDITIONAL BEVERAGES
Alcoholic beverages such as beer & wine are for sale at Mystica's restaurant but they are NOT part of your price package. You will also pay extra for additional specialty coffees and fruit smoothies.

I absolutely love helping others relax into themselves, remember the Truth of Who They Are, and to live their happiest and healthiest lives. My path has been one of great healing and spiritual evolution, and it is such a joy to be able to lead Yoga based retreats in various gorgeous parts of the Earth and to witness my participants shift from stress/tension/challenges into lighter, more inspired ways of living and being.
My family is a great joy that I cherish, and I feel very blessed to be part of a life that includes Canada, Costa Rica, and Italy.
Over the years, I have evolved my work in the wellness field to include Healing Flow Massage, Reiki Energy Healing and Teaching, Leading Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Yin), and Transformational Counselling based in my Master's Degree in Transpersonal Psychology.
Life is a precious gift, and miracles are always possible in every single sacred breath.
