Join us for Sedona Reset, a 4 day girls wellness getaway designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and reset; surrounded by Sedona’s iconic red rocks.
This retreat blends intentional wellness moments (yoga, journaling, sound healing, breathwork), outdoor adventure (beginner friendly hikes), and cozy, elevated group time at a beautiful private retreat home.
Expect meaningful connection, nourishing food, movement, rest, and space to simply be, without pressure, perfection, or over scheduling.

GETTING TO SEDONA:

Once you’re at the retreat, you won’t need a car as most of our activities will be at the retreat house or within walking distance.

Rooms are offered in different tiers (private, shared, twin, sofa beds), all listed during the booking so you know exactly what you’re reserving. All rooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort and rest. Bedroom photos shown represent the general style and layout of the accommodations.
MEALS:
All meals, snacks, and non alcoholic drinks are included throughout the retreat. Expect nourishing, feel good meals with a mix of:

Coffee, tea, matcha, and hydration drinks
Everything is designed so you can relax and enjoy without worrying about grocery runs, cooking, or extra costs.
Dietary preferences and restrictions will be collected after booking to ensure everyone is accommodated.
CANCELATION POLICY:
Due to the retreat taking place in late April and accommodations and services being booked immediately, all payments for this retreat are non-refundable. To make this experience more accessible, the total cost has been split into three equal payments, however each payment is non-refundable, regardless of the payment plan selected.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unexpected changes.

Arrive in Arizona and make your way to Sedona, where we’ll settle into our beautiful private retreat home surrounded by red rocks and nature. We’ll kick things off with welcome mocktails, light bites, and a relaxed welcome circle to set our intentions for the days ahead. The evening wraps with a cozy welcome dinner at the house and time to connect with the group. Easing into retreat mode.
We’ll start the day with a private yoga session at the house, the perfect way to start our first full day in Sedona. After breakfast together, we’ll head out for a group hike at Red Rock State Park.
Lunch will be casual and nourishing back at the house. The afternoon is dedicated to our spa/wellness activities. Enjoy the onsite pool, hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, or simply relax. As the sun sets, we’ll take a peaceful walk along the creek before ending the day with another yummy dinner, face masks, games night, and sleepy girl mocktails.
This morning is all about slowing down. We’ll enjoy breakfast together before settling into a guided journaling session on the porch. Lunch will be a relaxed picky board spread, followed by time to either unwind at the creek behind the house or opt into an additional hike at Slide Rock.
In the evening, we’ll gather for a special final dinner followed by a celebration cake for the weekend. The night closes with a private sound healing session designed to help you fully reset and reflect on the weekend.
Our final morning begins with a private breathwork session at the house. We’ll enjoy another relaxed breakfast and a reflection chat before saying our goodbyes. Leaving Sedona grounded, recharged, and deeply connected.
