After airport pick-up, our day begins with a warm welcome at Seville Airport, where you’re greeted and taken straight to the heart of the city. We will enjoy a relaxed lunch at a charming local restaurant, savoring Andalusian specialties. In the afternoon, explore the majestic Seville Cathedral—one of the largest and most impressive Gothic structures in the world—climbing the Giralda Tower for breathtaking views. Afterwards, stop by a traditional sherry tavern for a tasting experience, sampling local varieties in an authentic setting. We will check in at the hotel and have some well-deserved rest, then head out in the evening to enjoy a leisurely dinner, soaking in the lively ambiance of Seville’s vibrant streets.

From Royal Palaces to Coastal Flavors: A Day from Seville to Cádiz

The day begins with a guided visit to the stunning Real Alcázar of Seville, a masterpiece of Mudéjar architecture and a living palace steeped in centuries of history. From there, dive into Andalusian culinary culture with a hands-on paella cooking class, where you'll prepare and enjoy Spain’s most iconic dish. In the afternoon, we head south to Jerez de la Frontera for an authentic Sherry tasting at one of the region’s historic bodegas. The journey continues to the coastal city of Cádiz, where we’ll take a brief walking tour through its charming old town. As the sun sets, enjoy a memorable seafood dinner by the sea—ending the day with the sound of waves and the taste of the Atlantic.

Seville to Córdoba: A Day of Culture, Wine, and Discovery

The day begins in Seville with a visit to the charming Santa María la Blanca Church, a hidden gem blending Islamic, Gothic, and Baroque influences. Nearby, admire the exterior of the Flamenco Theater, a symbol of Andalusia’s passionate artistic heritage. From there, we journey into the Montilla-Moriles wine region, where a renowned winemaker welcomes us for an exclusive wine tasting paired with a traditional Andalusian lunch. In the afternoon, we continue to Córdoba, arriving in time for a relaxed hotel check-in. The evening is yours to explore the historic city at your own pace, unwind, or enjoy a quiet dinner in one of its atmospheric plazas.

A Day of Heritage and Indulgence in Córdoba

Begin your day in Córdoba with a guided visit to the breathtaking Mosque-Cathedral and its historic surroundings, where layers of Roman, Islamic, and Christian history come to life. After exploring the old Jewish Quarter and charming nearby streets, we drive into the Montilla-Moriles wine region for a special visit to one of its most prestigious wineries. Enjoy a leisurely lunch paired with a curated tasting of their finest wines in a beautiful vineyard setting. In the late afternoon, return to Córdoba for a rejuvenating Hammam experience—soaking in warm, aromatic baths that echo the city’s Moorish past. The day concludes with a delightful dinner, celebrating the flavors and spirit of Andalusia.

From Córdoba to Málaga: a journey through history & flavour

The day begins in Córdoba with visits to the Caliphate Baths and the impressive Roman Temple, uncovering the city’s rich Roman and Islamic roots. From there, we head south toward Málaga, stopping en route at a distinguished winery for a relaxed lunch and a guided wine tasting in a scenic setting. In the afternoon, we arrive in Málaga and enjoy a short city tour, which includes highlights such as the majestic Cathedral and the historic Alcazaba fortress. After hotel check-in, the evening is yours to explore the vibrant coastal city at your own pace.

| Romance and Wine in Ronda: A Day Trip from Málaga

Departing from Málaga, we journey into the scenic Andalusian hills to reach the stunning town of Ronda. The day begins with visits to two of its most iconic landmarks: the dramatic Ronda Bridge (Puente Nuevo), spanning the deep El Tajo gorge, and Spain’s oldest bullfighting ring, steeped in tradition and history. Afterwards, we head to a local winery for a delicious lunch paired with regional wines, set against a backdrop of rolling vineyards. The afternoon continues with a leisurely walk through Ronda’s charming streets, followed by a second wine tasting at another boutique winemaker. We then return to Málaga, where a lovely dinner awaits, bringing this unforgettable day to a flavorful close.

A day of Magic and Wonder in Granada |

We depart early for Granada, where the day begins with a guided visit to the monumental Alhambra complex, including the elegant Carlos V Palace and the exquisite Nasrid Palaces—masterpieces of Islamic architecture and artistry. After soaking in centuries of history, enjoy a relaxing lunch in a local restaurant. In the afternoon, wander the cobbled streets of the Albaicín or Realejo neighborhoods, full of Moorish charm and hidden corners. Depending on your preference, visit the traditional Arabian baths for a moment of calm, or experience the passion of an authentic flamenco show. As the day winds down, we’ll gather for a scenic picnic at a viewpoint overlooking the Alhambra, just in time to watch the sunset paint the city in golden hues. The evening is yours to enjoy at leisure.

About your organizer

I have been working in the Portuguese Hospitality Industry since 2016. I was born in Lisbon and have lived in different parts of the country, acquiring a good knowledge of its culture and heritage, although I am a Lawyer by education. Personal circumstances took me to center my professional activity in the Portuguese and Spanish tourism industry. The same activity allowed me to establish connections with the USA, in Virginia Beach (VA), Charlotte (NC) and Atlanta (GA) partnering with Travel Advisors and organizing tours
