Join us for a retreat on the stunning shores of Baja Sur Mexico. The Table of Us is more than a yoga retreat-it's a soulful gathering for women ready to reconnect with themselves and each other through movement, adventure, and community! 

Over five nourishing days, we'll flow through daily yoga classes, savor sunset dinners by the ocean, and create space for every version of who you've been- and who you're becoming. 

This retreat is for the woman who longs to exhale. For the one craving connection, beauty, and belonging. 

We must have 12 students signed up for this retreat, if less we will reschedule/cancel this retreat.

The $500 Deposit is non refundable. This portion will not be refunded at any point of cancellation.

The returned percentage will be less the amount of the deposit.

Cancellation is required in writing. 

If the trip is cancelled prior to Oct 1st 2025 all payments less the deposit will be refunded.

Cancellation Oct  1st 2025-Jan 31st 2026 50% less the deposit will be given. 

Any cancellation received after Jan 31st 2026 will receive no refund 

Breathe & Bend reserves the right to cancel your trip anytime due to non-payment. 

We will automatically cancel your trip if you fall behind 2 or more payments on waitlisted trips.

** If natural disaster prevents the entire retreat from occurring all funds will be valid for a future date.**
