An Energetic Portal to Transformative Change
On this weekend retreat, we will explore the Three Realms of Consciousness: physical/mental, energetic/emotional, and psychic/symbolic, to create a vibrant, well-organized, provocative, and holistic pathway for self-investigation: the key to personal transcendence.
Using asana, pranayama, meditation, ritual, prayer, and other traditional and contemporary modalities, I will guide you on an embodied, spirit-driven journey initiating the mystical into the practical and providing the inside-out skills for spiritual renewal and awakening.
The intention of this retreat is to reconnect to our bodies, gain emotional insight, explore our Soul’s purpose, and cultivate skills—both physically and psychically- to Spiritually assist each other and the planet we inhabit.
One of the afternoons, we will do an Intention-setting asana practice and meditation at Seane's yoga yurt overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
There will be plenty of time between sessions to relax and connect with yourself, each other, and the land. Perched on 10 acres atop a remote valley with beautiful views of the Santa Monica mountains, you can find yourself chilling in the jacuzzi or cedar sauna or swimming in the lap pool.
There are also many places for quiet time, like the sun patios or cozy up to the large living room fireplace in the 1920s Spanish Mission-style house.
If you feel like an adventure on your own, gorgeous hiking trails are a short drive nearby, and the Pacific Ocean is only 20 minutes away. Or take a drive into town, where you can visit all the local shops and artisans as well as wellness services like acupuncture, massage, and facials.
Ali Lafayette will be our private chef for the weekend, preparing delicious vegan and organic meals with fresh ingredients.
Ali is currently working as a private chef and health-based retreat chef, specializing in simple, nutritious, and delicious food designed to nurture and energize clients undergoing trainings and other forms of self-optimization.
Ali’s passion for food as a health and nutrition tool has led her to become a certified nutritionist. She has several years of experience developing meal prep programs for clients suffering from auto-immune disorders and other food-related health issues.

*Saturday's schedule will shift a little to make space for the visit to Seane's yurt overlooking the pacific ocean.
Sunday 7:30am Light Breakfast, 8:30am-11am Class, 11:30am Brunch, 12pm Check-Out
The meal times and class times are subject to shift slightly.

👉 Substance-free retreat
A substance-free environment is one in which all guests agree to keep their space free from substances at all times. Substances include alcohol, cigarettes, other smoking materials, and illicit and illegal drugs.

This is not a retreat center. The property is a private house on 9 acres with "glamping" style cabins and rooms throughout the property. Every room on the property will have shared bathrooms. Meals will be "family style," where we serve ourselves and assist the chef with rinsing our dishes and preparing them for sanitizing after meals.
👉 Close shared spaces
This is a very communal retreat with shared bedrooms and shared bathrooms. Some beds may only be 3 feet apart from each other. If for any reason, you do not feel safe being in such close quarters with other guests due to concerns about Covid-19, it's best not to join this trip and wait until a time that feels best for you. We will be doing many more of these this year!
Due to the exclusive offering of this retreat to Seane's mail list and the lead time to fill your spot. It makes it difficult for us to react to last-minute cancellations after the eblast has been sent out.
Because of this, we must enforce a FIRM cancellation policy.
Terms:
👉 If you need to cancel more than 30 days before the start of the retreat, there will be a $300 processing fee (your deposit), and the remaining balance will be refunded to your card.
👉 If you need to cancel 15-30 days before the start of the retreat, you will receive a 50% refund of the full cost of your spot.
👉 If you need to cancel 0-14 days before the start of the retreat, you will receive no refunds.
In addition, in the event of fires in Topanga or COVID-19, we may need to reschedule this retreat. If so, we will refund you your full amount minus any losses we may incur due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control. It is in our best interest to refund you in this type of situation. We cannot be responsible for any losses with airfare, transportation, or any other additional costs incurred during the planning of your trip.
🚨Travel insurance is STRONGLY advised to cover you for any unexpected circumstances.
🚨There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy due to the contractual commitments
we have with our vendors. Unfortunately, we cannot credit toward future offerings or transfer amounts toward online classes.
