Jessica Om is a passionate and inspiring educator of holistic wellness lifestyle practices, masterful massage artist/bodyworker, yoga, meditation, sound healing facilitator, & fitness instructor with over 16 years of certified experience, and over 18 years in on-going fitness and health studies. Jessica loves to empower people to live their fullest expressions, create meaningful connections, explore and discover new ways to experience an even more joyful, healthy, fulfilling life through her impressive variety of skills, passions, & experience. Her friends often refer to her as a multi-dimensional badass. In addition to her healing work, Jessica is an avid wanderer, nature lover, and multi-disciplinary artist of movement, imagery, words, and sound. She refers to herself as a “Wandering Heartist” which appropriately encompasses the heart-filled artistic tapestry that she weaves with her life & movements.

She has done the same with her photography, as well as writing born from her naturally deeply reflective disposition. 8:10pm-9:30pm Fire circle (share a song, poem, story, personal dream, etc- open mic style) + Smores ☺️
SATURDAY
7:30am coffee, tea, juice & light breakfast/smoothies + Silent journaling time before yoga.
8:30am-10:15am HATHA/VINYASA YOGA + PRANAYAMA & MEDITATION
10:30-11:15 COLD PLUNGES (optional for whoever wants to)
11:15am Light lunch
12pm Prepare for spring
12:15pm Depart for spring
12:30-3pm Ichetuknee river float
3:30pm Return to Sarana
