Hello! If we haven’t met yet, I’m Laura Perkins, I am a Thetahealing® Teacher and Practitioner, a Mindful Living Coach, and a Spiritual Guide. I support others in learning how to slow down, tap in, and live a richer, more authentic, more intentional, and more inspired life — I use each of the modalities I am sharing every single day. It is a way of living for me, and I am passionate about sharing it with others. I can’t wait to introduce you to this gentler, more effective way to reach the goals you have and form new visions for goals you haven’t dreamed of yet.
Laura is a powerful intuit, International Spiritual Life Coach, and an energy therapist. Using her unique gifts, she enlightens those in her path. Laura studied with Vianna Stibal, the founder of the ThetaHelaing® Technique, and is a Certified ThetaHealing® Instructor and Practitioner (THINK Institute.) She uses a combination of ThetaHealing®, yoga, Spiritual Life Coaching, and Shamanism, as well as recovery techniques & tools to empower others in illuminating beliefs that may be causing stagnation, turmoil, or pain in their life, gently bringing awareness so that the beliefs may be released, in the most grace-filled way. Laura shares her experience through the darkness so others may understand they are not alone. She regularly speaks with the angels and firmly believes Heaven on Earth is what we experience when we step into the Creators' light and see life through the filter of a healed heart. As a certified Yoga teacher, she understands and practices human and ethereal aspects of energy in the body, mind, and spirit. Along with running and facilitating numerous retreats throughout the year, Laura has a thriving private practice, runs groups in person and online, and teaches yoga in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Kyla Mitsunaga:
Kyla is a multi-certified practitioner: She’s certified in Family Constellations, ThetaHealing, Integrative Hypnosis, and Life Coaching. She’s traveled the world to find the best alternative healing modalities for you and spoken around the world on happiness. Bring your yoga mat. We have limited to borrow if you do not have a mat.
The floor is wood, and we do a lot of sitting.. A meditation or any other kind of bolster or cushion is a good idea.
