What You’ll Do Each Week

Each week, you'll commit to your weekly coaching call. Hunter and Tara will alternate weeks as you head coach. You'll be fully supported in community and accountability.

Each day you’ll commit to YOU.

  •  45 Minutes of Movement (yoga, Pilates, strength, balance, walking, functional fitness — you choose)

  • 15 Minutes of Mind/Breath (journaling, meditation, or guided breathwork like Box Breathing, 4-7-8, or 8 to Great)

  • Fuel Action (simple nutrition swaps, meal prep basics, mindful eating)

  • Water Intake (hydration goals)

  • Reading or Listening (book or podcast to expand your mind)

  • Gratitude Journal (daily reflection to rewire your focus on what’s working)

Plus: Weekly Bonus Reset: Group/community breathwork journey + fitness/fuel coaching tip/demo.

About your Hosts

Tara Gush is passionate about integrating her personal story of overcoming trauma with her expertise in holistic wellness to help others shift, evolve, and flourish in connection and purpose. Her journey began in 2001 in the elementary school classroom, where she spent ten years fine-tuning behavioral modification for children, before transitioning into business ownership and dog training, dedicating another decade to refining behavioral modification for both humans and dogs while managing a team of employees. During this twenty-year chapter, she navigated her own childhood trauma, engaged in deep inner work, and faced significant challenges—including divorce, the pandemic, and business loss—that led to major life shifts and unexpected change. Today, Tara combines her personal journey with her professional skill set to support others through life’s transitions and guide them toward meaningful growth.

Hunter Schaeffer is a functional fitness and nutrition coach. Specializing in helping busy parents and professionals optimize their health, wellness, and vitality through holistic and sustainable approaches. He is a former 2X National Champion lacrosse player at Salisbury University and has undergone his own health, fitness, and mindset transformation. Through his journey, Hunter has developed an effective protocol for fitness and nutrition and has made it his mission to share those strategies with others, helping them to change their lives. He takes a functional approach to fitness using mostly kettlebells, bands, and bodyweight to build strength and mobility that translates to life. The same principles flow into his nutrition protocol, which has a whole food and nutrient dense focus. Hunter helps his clients put quality first and create a healthy relationship with food. Through mindset, fitness, and nutrition, Hunter helps people create the highest version of themselves, embody that person, and bring it to life.
