We travelled as a party of 4 in late Oct (I'm 61 and fit, others were around 30). This trek is relatively hard depending on experience, and I would only recommend it to older hikers who are fit and train regularly. Our guide Siraj was very helpful and I didn't at any time feel we were being pushed too hard. Siraj briefed us each night on the day ahead and also spoke about cultural aspects of where we were. We also used a porter to reduce our pack loads, which were mainly wet weather gear, snacks and water. All the days were well paced and I particularly liked this hike as it prepared you well for altitude, in that you didn't just go straight up to 4000+ mts. The first 4 days were around 20 kms each. The Manaslu Base Camp day was a real highlight. Extremely hard going with about 5 hrs uphill to 4800 mts, but well worth the effort. We had about 3 days where we ascended and descended from high points. Food was much better than expected, with a good range of options for most diets- if you have allergies take a card with pictures to assist in communicating. We tried not to buy water on the trail to reduce waste, plus it is carried into the villages via donkeys etc. Filtering and Aquatab treatment seemed to work fine for us. The lower part of the hike was much hotter than expected, but high up was colder, especially at night. We used our -1C down sleeping bags with liners which was fine and there are quilts at most tea houses. We had brilliant weather for the whole hike, but the Larkya Pass did close about 3 days after we went through due to snow conditions. My only criticism of the hike was we weren't offered or given a hire choice for crampons, which you really should carry over the Larkya Pass- we didn't need them, but easily could have and most hikers would rarely/never need them for other hiking. It would be good if this option was added to provision of a sleeping bag and jacket. Overall a great hike, not too busy and sensational scenery throughout.

It was a great trip to Everest Base Camp using Nepal High Trek. Our guide Subodh and porter Netra were awesome and did a great job keeping us on track and on schedule. Nepal High Trek handled all the transfers from the airport and made everything very easy. Hotel accomodations in Kathmandu were excellent. Tea house accomodations on the trek were really good also. I would defiinitely use them again if I do another trek in Nepal in the future.

We just returned from spending 10 unforgettable days of trekking the Manaslu Circuit Trek with Nepal High Trek and Expedition. It was an incredible experience, filled with unfiltered, picture-perfect scenery, frequent and awe-inspiring waterfalls, and many opportunities to see the culture and beauty of the Himalayan mountain villages. Our crew of 4, led by our expert Guide Indako Tamang, included 3 real-life Supermen (aka as our porters): Saila, Bir Bahadur, and Tenzing. They kept us safe and helped us all successfully reach the Larkya La Pass at 5,135 meters and cover a total trekking distance of 154 km. None of us experienced altitude sickness and we were blessed with unbelievably clear weather the entire time. It couldn’t have been a more perfect trek, and I credit Nepal High Trek and Expedition for the planning, attention to detail, and the fact that everything happened without a hitch. I would especially like to thank Anjan Tamang for being so responsive in answering our many questions prior to arriving into Kathmandu. From start to finish, I strongly recommend this company! In fact, a few of our group are planning on doing the Everest Base Camp Trek next year with them! A sincere and warm mahalo nui loa to Nepal High Trek and Expedition from the Honolulu hiking wāhine: Anna, Analyn, and Narissa

We had a fantastic trip up the Langtang Valley! Everything was well organized and the staff was definitely concerned about our comfort and safety. The first day was rainy and a detour due to a landslide but all was well managed and we were off on an incredible adventure of a lifetime. There are a lot of choices of companies to use but we were thrilled by Nepal High Trek!!

ANOS was a superb guide along with porter CP. I have just completed my 5 day Poon Hill Trek with them. I had a lot of time in my hands and Anos did amazing slotting in activities to make me feel occupied throughout the 5 days, from singing to just soaking in the views. He also took care of me to make sure I accomplish my missions and made sure to keep me healthy throughout the time. I came to Nepal alone expecting nothing and will be returning home with a heart so full and I am so excited to return one day hoping to meet the new friends I have made, Anos and CP. I hope they had as much fun as I had. <3 Bonus comment: I am an introvert and I am awkward with human interactions, however, Anos and CP were amazing to accomodate to my personality! Thank You Anos and Nepal High Trek for this amazing time.
