Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poorly Organized Trip Unfortunately, this trip was very badly arranged due to the fact that all activities were subcontracted to different local operators. The company itself is not a real tour operator, so each day’s tours were handled by different companies, over which they had no control. As a result, the entire experience was disorganized. Pick-up times were frequently delayed, and instead of English-speaking guides as promised, we often got Spanish-only guides or bilingual ones who were uncomfortable speaking English. In those cases, the information provided was very brief and lacked depth due to the language barrier. The trip was advertised as a private tour, but in reality, most excursions turned out to be group tours up to 60 people. The itinerary was not fully fulfilled, and communication with the company was chaotic. Every day something went wrong — from missed pick-ups to last-minute changes. The quality and safety of transportation were below standard. Some buses had broken or non-functional seat belts, and on one occasion, our minibus was so old that it actually broke down in the middle of nowhere. Overall, I would strongly discourage anyone from booking a trip with a company that does not operate its own tours. When a company outsources everything to third parties, they have no staff on the ground and very limited ability to fix problems when things go wrong.

Amazing! Had such a fantastic time. We got to do so many activities like snorkeling, go to the highlands. Everything was safe and well-coordinated and I learned a ton. A special shout out to the following guides: Tony in Galapagos, Billabong from Cristobal, Dario, Ricky in Quito

The trip was great. Leonardo was the perfect guide. We were picked up on time, We had a great hike and watched Condors.. Leonardo was knowledgeable and passionate about the area and the people . He did not rush us and was helpful when we needed any questions answered.
