The Puno-Copacabana Tour begins in the city of Puno and travels to Copacabana, a journey of approximately 3.5 hours. During the trip, you'll see Lake Titicaca. Given that this area was the cradle of the Inca Empire, visiting it will allow you to explore archaeological sites dedicated to the worship of the Sun God, Inti.

You'll also visit the Basilica of Our Lady of Candelaria of Copacabana, which dates back to the 17th century. Copacabana, Bolivia, is located 142 km from the city of Puno. On this legendary Island of the Sun, you can enjoy beautiful Inca-era gardens, the Inca Fountain of Youth, and the terraces.

We begin the tour with a 5:00 a.m. pick-up from your hotel in the city of Puno. From there, we'll head to the bus terminal where we'll board the tourist bus to Copacabana.

After several hours of travel, we'll arrive at the border crossing (Kasani) between Peru and Bolivia. We'll complete the necessary paperwork to enter Bolivia.

Once all the formalities are completed, we'll continue our journey to Copacabana, arriving at approximately 12:00 p.m. (Bolivian time). There, we'll have lunch and a guided tour of the Basilica of Our Lady of Copacabana.

Next, we'll go to the pier to board a boat to Isla del Sol (Island of the Sun). We'll cross Lake Titicaca to reach the southern side of Isla del Sol, where we'll visit the archaeological site of Pilkokaina (Temple of the Sun).

Then we'll visit the southern part of Isla del Sol and descend the Yumani steps, which date back to the Inca era. We'll also visit the Inca Fountain of Eternal Youth, where you'll have the opportunity to taste the sacred water, and finally, you'll see the Inca steps.

Lastly, we'll board the boat for the return trip to Copacabana, arriving around 5:00 PM. Upon returning to Copacabana, you'll have some free time.

At the end of the Puno-Copacabana-Isla del Sol tour, we'll take the bus back to Puno, arriving around 9:00 PM.
