The Puno-Copacabana Tour begins in the city of Puno and travels to Copacabana, a journey of approximately 3.5 hours. During the trip, you'll see Lake Titicaca. Given that this area was the cradle of the Inca Empire, visiting it will allow you to explore archaeological sites dedicated to the worship of the Sun God, Inti.You'll also visit the Basilica of Our Lady of Candelaria of Copacabana, which dates back to the 17th century. Copacabana, Bolivia, is located 142 km from the city of Puno. On this legendary Island of the Sun, you can enjoy beautiful Inca-era gardens, the Inca Fountain of Youth, and the terraces.

Tourist bus round trip Puno – Copacabana.

We begin the tour with a 5:00 a.m. pick-up from your hotel in the city of Puno. From there, we'll head to the bus terminal where we'll board the tourist bus to Copacabana.After several hours of travel, we'll arrive at the border crossing (Kasani) between Peru and Bolivia. We'll complete the necessary paperwork to enter Bolivia.Once all the formalities are completed, we'll continue our journey to Copacabana, arriving at approximately 12:00 p.m. (Bolivian time). There, we'll have lunch and a guided tour of the Basilica of Our Lady of Copacabana.Next, we'll go to the pier to board a boat to Isla del Sol (Island of the Sun). We'll cross Lake Titicaca to reach the southern side of Isla del Sol, where we'll visit the archaeological site of Pilkokaina (Temple of the Sun).Then we'll visit the southern part of Isla del Sol and descend the Yumani steps, which date back to the Inca era. We'll also visit the Inca Fountain of Eternal Youth, where you'll have the opportunity to taste the sacred water, and finally, you'll see the Inca steps.Lastly, we'll board the boat for the return trip to Copacabana, arriving around 5:00 PM. Upon returning to Copacabana, you'll have some free time.At the end of the Puno-Copacabana-Isla del Sol tour, we'll take the bus back to Puno, arriving around 9:00 PM.

The Chullpas de Sillustani tour starts around 2:00 p.m. On a high plateau, more than 30 kilometers north of Puno, where Sillustani is located, one of the largest necropolises in the world.During the tour you will also be able to see impressive landscapes, as well as the Umayo lagoon, which is close to the archaeological complex of the chullpas, built by Collas and Incas, to bury their dead.Then while there, they will explain to us some characteristics of the chullpas, where many of them had exceeded 12 meters in height, in addition to having a larger diameter at the top than at the base.The Sillustani Chullpas Tour ends around: 18:00 p.m.

If you're in the city of Puno, this private tour to Inca Uyo – Chucuito is one of the activities you can't miss.Located in the town of Chucuito, approximately 18 kilometers from the city of Puno, Inca Uyo, known as the Temple of Fertility, is an Inca-era construction. At the entrance, you'll find two rocks carved in the shape of male genitalia, as well as 80 similar ones inside the temple.Outside, there's a giant stone positioned horizontally. It's said that it served as an observatory to determine the optimal times for agricultural activities, and it was also a place where fertility was worshipped.The temple dates back to the Inca period. During excavations, various artifacts such as metal, stone, ceramic, and carved bone pieces were found. It's believed that the complex was a ceremonial center where both political and religious rituals were performed.

We begin our tour by picking you up from your hotel (Puno city center).Then we'll head to the colonial town of Chucuito, a journey of approximately 20 minutes.Our first stop is the main square of Chucuito, where you'll find local handicrafts.We continue our tour with a visit to Inca Uyo, where our guide will give you a detailed explanation of the site.Finally, we return to the city of Puno (approximate arrival time 12:30 p.m.).
