Tivemos uma ótima experiência com o atendimento virtual da Discovery no planejamento da viagem. Em especial a Astrid, quem nos atendeu, foi super paciente e flexível na montagem do nosso roteiro conforme nossa disponibilidade e interesse.
A execução dos passeios foi, em suma, tranquila seguindo o previsto no roteiro. Contudo, algumas orientações foram um pouco confusas e causaram leve estresse momentâneo. No geral, tivemos uma boa experiência.

Had a great time! This trip was exactly what I needed for my first time visiting Galapagos. Having the itinerary laid out for me while leaving free time to explore on my own was perfect. The trip organizers and guides were helpful in answering all my questions along the way to make sure everything was in order and all I had to do upon arrival was enjoy my time with my fellow travelers. All trips were good but we were very disappointed with the bay tour in Santa Cruz. After real good snorkeling trips the snorkeling at bay tour was nonsense and no good, we didn't see anything while snorkeling with no good masks and no fins. I do not recommend that trip at all! 

Your trip to the "Enchanted Islands"

I had good time.I met some wonderful people & lunch and snacks were wholesome & tasty.Hotel at Santa Cruz was below expectations,However,Hotel at Isabella was great.

Our group of 25 adults booked numerous trips through Discovery Galapagos and all of them went smoothly.  We were able to see so much wildlife!  I would recommend this tour company to anyone travelling in Santa Cruz.

We enjoyed the arranged trip. The service was good and Fernando was very helpful and responsive.  We didn’t quite like the volcano tour too much… the snorkeling of Isla Bella tour was good and we like the North Seymour the best as the guide and the boat service was excellent

Excellent tour!! The captain, crew, and our guide were all excellent. We saw amazing sea life and they really took time to be sure we could all see everything. We never felt rushed at all. Good food and incredible sea life and birds! Highly recommend!

Absolutely phenomenal trip! I would recommend this to absolutely everyone! Excellent crew and guide, and the wildlife and scenery is just incredible. We saw everything we hoped to and more. Our group had children, seniors, and everything in between and it was great for everyone. Lunch was delicious too. Thank you!!

We had a great time. Took 3 excursions and enjoyed each one of them.  Each one was different and really gave us a great experience on seeing part of the country and how diverse and beautiful each part was.  Staff was great.  Gave us what we needed for the snorkeling trips.  Thanks for a great adventure.

Discovery Galapagos provided multiple choices for our excursion to Bartolome Island and I chose the one on the Sea Lion. The staff on the Sea Lion were first class and we had a great time viewing penguins, sea lions, white-tipped sharks, blue-footed boobies, etc. This was definitely the highlight of the trip! Astrid from Discovery Galapagos even checked up on me via WhatsApp during the trip. Great people to work with!

Tour Galapagos (2 pax Kelly)

Trip started with that we had to wait for over 2 hours in the harbour for the boat!
Got several different explanations to why it was delayed! Disaster!
Then there only focus was to do everything on the agenda so that the didn’t have to do any refunds! But we where to late to the snorkeling at the first Island. (Only 1 shark, that’s it) 
Lunch was cold and chicken dry.  Not so strange because the food was already at the boat and also waited for over 2 hours just like us.

We had a great tour on a comfortable boat. We had a friendly crew who took care of us- good food and great spotting while we snorkeled to see the beautiful marine life.

Kelly is the sweetest most helpful agent/guide. She took he time to explain so many wonderful options of things to do and see for my time in Galapagos. She was also very thorough regarding logistics for each activity. I highly recommend working with Galapagos Discovery if you want honest affordable assistance. They will point you in the right direction and put you in good hands :)

Galapagos

An absolute disaster.  If you think dry bread is a suitable snack then go on this trip. The boat was  horribly uncomfortable. The sea was rough. Its a speed boat totally unsuitbale for people with back problems in rough water. The guide decided to  put in an unscheduled  few slow circles round and round  a rock  for personal fishing which  made one of the passengers sea sick. The lunch was  abysmal   The snorkling was not well led and is actually challenging  due to currents we were not advised about. Toally unsuitbable for  kids under about. 14. Quite the worst expereince of a whole 6 week holiday. 

Pinzon Tour (2 pax)

Informative guide.  Nice boat. Food was not so good and a bit cold. Snorkeling was great. Saw several white tip reef sharks, several sea turtles, a big sting ray, a lobster and thousands of beautiful fish.  There were lots of sealions including pups on an island we visited.

Seymour Galapagos (pax Kelly)

Galapagos islands were awesome! Betty (Galapagos Discovery) did a fantastic job with my island tours - North Seymour/ Mosquera island day tour, and Bartalome island day tour. Javier, my driver, was great. We had language barrier, but he made every effort to effectively communicate. Always responsive over WhatsApp. When LATAM had a flight cancellation, Betty rebooked an additional night and transport with just a phone call. Highly recommend them for their professionalism, thoroughness and exceeding expectations!

It was an incredible adventure, the islands that I visited are beautiful and the diversity of animals that I saw was great.
The great guides, always attentive that we were well and enjoying ourselves.

Your trip to the « Enchanted Islands »

We had THE TIME OF OUR LIVES while in Galapagos thanks to Betty and her team. Everything was PERFECT. Betty helped me plan our visit months before and was always responsive and very attentive.  While we were in Galapagos everything was as planned. She even got me a Go Pro (rented) so I could have memories from my snorkeling sessions whit my daughter. The guides were very informative and responsible. We had senior citizens in our group and they supported them while doing some of the activities that required more physical efforts. I recommend Betty and her team and if I come back, which I plan to do someday, I would definitely do it with Betty and her team once again.  

I didnt have chance to do trip with them because our tour has been canceled due to a mistake of boat. 
She really helped us, proposing a new tour or a refund. 
We got refund without any issue. 
They were really kind and available. 
Regret to no do a tour with you! For sure next time

Your trip to Galapagos

I was in Puerto Ayora my friend on a 7 day cruise . I had booked 2 trips and 1 was cancelled and the other tour group forgot my name . I was wandering through the tour part of town going from place to place there are many . I saw Nayeli and she put me at ease . She asked what my needs were suggested trips even checked the weather as I am prone to seasickness. I did the mainland Santa Cruz highland tour - but amazing was the Seymour North excursion and the Santa Fe . I was so discouraged with tour operators treating me terribly - Nayeli reminded me daily where to go -. I highly recommend this tour operator .
