We had an amazing experience! We keep coming back every year, worth it every time!

This was our second trip with TRS. I have to say it was better than the first. The accommodations were just as good as before, the training was terrific, and we had an absolute blast. A surprise and very nice upgrade was the breakfast buffet. We begged to book the next trip before leaving. If you’re on the fence regarding booking… do it! You will not be sorry. Miguel is a champion and an amazing coach. Thank you x 1000! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five stars isn’t enough!

We had a great time! The apartments was amazing, the training ground was amazing. But the best thing about the trip was Miguel from Träningsresor, he made the trip perfect for us.

A super week once again with TRS at Estepona Hills. Great breakfast at the gym, super lunch at the Blue Duck, great training facilities inside and outside, very nice and spacious apartments, great walks to the charming Estepona city center, great city center restaurants and super service, as always by Miguel, Andreas and Luis. We will happily come back again and again. If I am to complain about anything, I would suggest going through the equipment at the gym and upgrade the parts that aren’t living up to the quality level of everything else at Estepona Hills. Thanks again for a superweek, we came home with stronger bodies and minds full of happy thoughts and memories!
