Tivemos uma ótima experiência com o atendimento virtual da Discovery no planejamento da viagem. Em especial a Astrid, quem nos atendeu, foi super paciente e flexível na montagem do nosso roteiro conforme nossa disponibilidade e interesse. A execução dos passeios foi, em suma, tranquila seguindo o previsto no roteiro. Contudo, algumas orientações foram um pouco confusas e causaram leve estresse momentâneo. No geral, tivemos uma boa experiência.

This trip was absolutely amazing! Everything was well-organized, the itinerary was perfectly balanced between activities and relaxation, and the places we visited were truly breathtaking. Had a great time! This trip was exactly what I needed for my first time visiting Galapagos. Having the itinerary laid out for me while leaving free time to explore on my own was perfect. The trip organizers and guides were helpful in answering all my questions along the way to make sure everything was in order and all I had to do upon arrival was enjoy my time with my fellow travelers.
