The global Franciscan family and the Franciscan Family of Greensboro invite you to celebrate the Transitus of St. Francis at SFSPC. This year marks the 800th Anniversary of the death of St. Francis. Come celebrate with the Transitus service on Saturday, October 3rd from 4-6pm.
Schedule
4pm - Transitus service in the Chapel at St. Francis Springs
5pm - Procession to San Damiano (Glass Chapel) - weather permitting
5:30pm - Procession with the icon of St. Francis to the Columbarium - weather permitting
