Let's gather together and turn towards the light.
Spring Equinox is when we turn the corner to the light half of the year. This retreat is support to warm the heart and melt anything that has been frozen. You may be awakening just from this current Winter, or surfacing from longer journeys through the dark. We will open to meet the tender, radiant, sunrise of new hope. There will be space for deep prayers, gratitude, healing, dreaming, and celebrating.
We will to daily yoga, meditation, breathwork and special activities. There will be processes to support you in whatever healing you need and also time to connect, be in the lightness of living, and enjoy the goodness of being together. We will work with the medicine of the rising sun, desert stars, and healing waters. You will be held in community and supported in your processes, whatever the state of your heart. From all that you have come through, receive the medicine you need to step forward into light.
This will be a gathering for healing, intentionality, and the pleasure of living and being together. Equal parts: inner healing, receiving from nature, and connection to others, this will be both light and deep.
We will build an altar and hold each others prayers for aliveness and continuing forward. We will rest and receive a beautiful sound bath. We will do a yoga mala as a guided journey through gratitude and prayer. And, always, the sweetest thing is just getting to be together and be taken care of in this beautiful place.
Whether you know Laura or this group from in person gatherings, from online, or will be joining in for the first time, we will be so grateful to be together. This is also a lovely opportunity for anyone for whom this would be a first retreat.
