Wine tasting in a medieval Castle
Your private driver will pick you up at your accommodation in FLorence or surrounding at 9.00 am.

From there we will drive in the heart of the Chianti region and we will stop in a Medieval castle for your first wine tasting.

The guide from the castle will take you first for a visit of the beautiful gardens and tell you about the history of the property.

You will then go for a visit to the wine cellar and last you will taste a selection of their organic wines.

After the castle we will take you to the second winery for lunch first and for your second wine tasting after.

If at the castle you will find a very structured organization here you will feel more like at home.

This is a family run winery located in a typical Tuscan farm house.

Third and last stop of your day trip will be San Gimignano.

Your driver will take you in the historical center of the town mentioning some historical fact of this incredible place and pointing out to you one of the best gelato stores in all of Tuscany...will you be able to resist!?

Alessio arranged a wonderful itinerary for us in Siena! We were at the end of our trip to Italy and we wanted to spend some time in the Tuscan Countryside. We contacted Alessio who we had arranged a trip with in 2020 before Covid hit and we never got to go. He very kindly honoured our deposit from then and arranged our trip to Siena. From the private driver pick up at the Florence train station to the wine tasting trip to Castello Verrazzano, the private walking tour of Siena and of course the quiet, peaceful boutique hotel, it was all wonderful! The private car to the Florence airport was a lovely finish to our trip. We would highly recommend Alessio and his company for a well planned, hassle free trip to Italy.

We had a wonderful time! The trip was very well planned, the transportation was terrific, and the places we stayed were outstanding! This could not have been a better trip! Our trip to Italy exceeded our expectations! Alessio was amazing to work with and was always available to answer questions we had before and during our trip. It was nice having it all planned out for us but also giving us time to do things on our own. Would definitely recommend We Travel!! Much easier than trying to figure it all out on our own.
