Join Helen Phelan and Beth Cooke in Siena, Tuscany for a five-night retreat designed to bring you back into your body and lift your spirits.
Set at Ebbio, a restored villa and sustainable farm tucked into the rolling hills of Monteriggioni, this week blends daily Pilates, yoga, and meditation with somatic movement, creative practice, intentional rest, and fun and connection.
This isn't an ascetic or rigid wellness retreat. Our athletic and restorative daily movement practices are paired with delicious chef prepared meals sourced from local ingredients, activities like wine tasting, learning to make homemade pasta the Nonna way, intentional rest, and exploring the Italian countryside to immerse yourself in the culture and deepen connection with your fellow retreaters.
Expect thoughtfully programmed sessions, free time swimming in the pool or nearby river, plenty of belly laughs and simply practicing doing less- la dolce vita style. Every moment of the retreat is designed to support a shift—not through force, but through attention and play.
