About your trip

Experience the beating heart of Colombia with Mujer on the Move on this 6 Day / 5 Night Aventurera Retreat. Medellín is a city reborn. Once defined by its darkest decade, it has emerged as a global model of community resilience, urban innovation, and cultural pride. Cocora Valley, nestled in the Andean coffee region near the colonial town of Salento, is home to the towering wax palm — Colombia's national tree — rising 60 meters above misty green hillsides.

The Mujer on the Move AVENTURERA Retreat in Medellín and Cocora Valley is MOTM's most complete and transformative experience — a six-day journey through one of South America's most extraordinary destinations, led by two guides whose combined knowledge, warmth, and cultural reverence make this unlike any retreat you have ever been on.
