Wellness Day is a day to destress and relax in the beautiful setting of Peña de Bernal. Enjoy a calming session of yin yoga and let your worries fly away from you. In the afternoon, absorb Mexico's energy through a walking tour with our MOTM Mariposa Guide!

Learn about Peña de Bernal's local history! We will do a museum visit—a curated cultural immersion in the heart of Mexican history. In the afternoon we will have an artesanía workshop, where you will get hands-on craft experience with local artisans!
