My name is Sheree-Ann Michelle your Pharmacist & Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, International Speak & Busy Mom. I made a decision in 2020 to follow my passion ….and now I am helping women all over the world on their unique health journeys through sustainable habit change.

This trip was more than just travel--it was a pause. A moment outside of time where nothing felt rushed, where the only thing that mattered was being present. Sheree has this way of creating space--space to breathe, to be, to take it all in without feeling like you have to keep up with anything or anyone. There were no forced itineraries, no pressure to constantly do--just an ease, a flow. The unspoken permission to slow down, to feel everything without filtering it through expectations is everything to me.
