Arrive at 3pm in the afternoon for our welcome event and opening ceremony.
The first 4 days we will explore Ubud, the spiritual centre of Bali.
The itinerary is to start each day with a gentle Hatha or Vinyasa Yoga class and meditation, to get our body's moving and flowing, then followed by breakfast and a wellness & writing workshop around a specific theme for the day.
Then, in the afternoons we go exploring and enjoy the local culture where you will experience a water blessing ceremony, wonder through the rice fields, visit the famous Yoga Barn (the largest wellness centre in Bali) and enjoy the health cafes and markets along the way.
This Retreat is very much focused on sustainable tourism, so you will be taken to the off-the-beaten-track locations not the main tourist hub of Bali!
The daily schedule outline looks something like this…
- 6-8am - Morning quiet / meditation / sleep in time
- 8am - Yoga class in our own private shala
- 9:30am - Breakfast
- 11am - 1pm - Workshops
- 1pm - Lunch
- 2-5pm - Afternoon excursion / healing session / relaxation time
- 6pm - Dinner
- 9pm - Head to bed / reading / relaxation time
The next 4 days we will explore Nusa Lembongan, an island just off Bali.
We will continue our morning routine of yoga > breakfast > themed workshop as we had been doing in Ubud.
Then, in the afternoons we go exploring the ocean and beaches where you will experience a private mindful snorkel trip, Stand Up Paddle sunset session, have massages and spa moments, and enjoy the beautiful beach bars and sunsets along the way.

We will leave Nusa Lembongan island around lunch time and head back to Bali (30min boat ride away) so that you can fly home that evening (or stay in Bali forever!). But, don't worry, we will always be connected :)
