Immerse yourself in a transformative 4-day VAYU intensive workshop

20 hours training - Open to all levels 

This year we are planning a super special VAYU pre-training at the unique and beautiful  location. We believe that this amazing location,  immerse in the jungle with amazing inspiring views of the Pacific ocean, will create the perfect environment to go deep and explore the benefits of the system. 

Will be an intensive, with the purpose of giving you  a kinestetic and somatic experience, as well as familiarizing yourself with the VAYU system. 

VAYU Aerial Yoga helps people connect inward on a deeper level, in a fluid and organic way. We start with the pelvis, the center, and create space by shedding the layers of tension in order to become aware of the sensations in our body, calming and nourishing our central nervous system.

Using breath and the support of the fabric as a tool, we get to the connective tissue allowing it to free from the fascia and let go of adhesions, so when we start working more muscularly the body will be open structurally and energetically.

This intensive course is a journey ,open to anybody interested in exploring the body, allowing gravity and the use of the fabric to support this process, connecting and finding pleasure in moving. 

Ana Prada brings over 25 years of expertise as a performer and aerial dance teacher. Her diverse background includes: Yoga practice since 1998 Certifications in GYROKINESIS®️ and GYROTONIC®️
Extensive training in dance, aerial dance, and craniosacral therapy Ana's unique confluence of movement methods and somatic research shapes the VAYU Aerial Yoga experience.

Montezuma

Montezuma it’s a beautiful bohemian town, in the pacific coast of Costa Rica, nestled in the jungle. Rivers, waterfalls, the ocean everything you need to relax and connect to yourself and dive deep into the work of VAYU.

The Studio

This year we will be working in an Amazing location GAITRI located in the hills of Montezuma, we will move and breathe looking at the ocean.
