About this trip
Transcend the holiday hustle on this 6 full day and 7 night yoga adventure. Sarah Kaitz and Liz Scollan will take you off the beaten path to the bohemian beachside town of Santa Teresa in Costa Rica! Perched on a hillside with stunning panoramic ocean and jungle views Casa MarBella hotel will lull you right into those "Pura Vida" vibes. Best of all, Vibe and Flow has this boutique treasure all to themselves. Flow into everyday with yoga, then experience all that Costa Rica has to offer. Included in your trip is an all day private boat trip. You will snorkel a volcanic reef off the coast of Tortuga island, and bounce from beach to mangroves all in the company of your fellow yogis. You will explore the jungle by ATV:; waterfall climbing and beach sunset included. You also get a small group surf lessons so you can catch waves whenever you like during your time at Playa Carmen. When not exploring the lush surroundings hang out poolside with the local monkeys or explore the nearby beach and town. For each full day of the trip enjoy healthy, inspiring, and locally sourced meals by Soma Chefs whose head chef has impressed the likes of Tom Brady and Giselle and David Duchovny. Payments and Cancellation Policy
$500 non-refundable deposit holds your spot. Students who register and pay in full by July 1st, 2021 will receive a $100 discount. Final Payments are due by November 1st 2021. Cancellation prior to November 1st will be refunded all but the initial deposit. After November 1st, if we are able to find a replacement for you, you will receive all but the deposit. If we are unable to fill your space, 50% of the total paid will be refunded.
If travel is canceled due to COVID-19 related restrictions, students will receive full refund, including initial deposit.
What’s included
- Surf Lesson1.5 hour surf lesson in a small group with your fellow yogi's. Surf Instructors pick surf spot based on where you will have the best experience based on your skill level.
- Private Boat TourBoat ride hopping beaches, volcanic islands and mangroves. Snorkel a volcanic reef. Soft drinks, water, beer, cocktails and lunch included with options for fish, chicken, vegan or vegetarian.
- ATV AdventureAll day excursion. Ride through the jungles on ATV's to the Montezuma Waterfall, on the way back check out Hermosa beach and watch the sunset.

- FlightsThere are two separate flights. One from BWI to San Jose. The second from San Jose to Tambor.
