Vibe and Flow believes the main reason for this human experience is to learn how to tap in, rather than tap out. In the lush, coastal, surf town of Cambutal, Panama, Elizabeth and Sarah will guide you through equal parts adventure, relaxation and practice techniques to help you remember how to be in connection.
Join Vibe and Flow's growing family of travelers, February 12-18th at the stunning beachfront Sansara Resort for 6 days and 7 nights (plus a night in Panama City before the retreat and another night after at recommended hotels) of movement, community, and revelry.
Cancellation Policy
$1000 initial deposits are non-refundable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to guard against any unforeseen circumstances that may interrupt your travel.
Cancellation prior to December 31st, 2022 will receive all but $1000 deposit back. After December 31st there are no refunds.
