Early in the morning, around 04:30 to 05:00 AM, our guide will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco to begin our exciting adventure. We will embark on a tourist vehicle that will take us to the picturesque town of Cusipata, a journey of approximately two hours. On our trip, we will have the opportunity to enjoy charming villages, as well as observe llamas, alpacas, and the local inhabitants in their daily activities.

Once in the town of Cusipata (3,310 masl), we will share a delicious breakfast with the group, and then proceed to the Phulawasipata camp (4,650 masl). From this point, we will start an ascent hike of approximately an hour and 30 minutes until reaching the spectacular Rainbow Mountain Vinicunca (5,090 masl).

The viewpoint of Vinicunca will be the perfect setting to capture photographs and to delight in the impressive panorama that surrounds this wonderful place. After a period of exploration and admiration of the Ausangate Snowcap (6,384 masl), our professional guide will provide a detailed explanation of the importance and magnificence of this place.

For the return, we will descend to Phulawasipata and from there go back to the town of Cusipata. There, a succulent lunch will await us before we begin the return to Cusco in our transport, estimating our arrival in the city around 16:30 hrs.
