We had an amazing experience with this hiking tour company! Our guides, Jose and Jorge, were absolutely fantastic — fun, energetic, motivating, and incredibly knowledgeable. They kept the group’s spirits high the entire time and made sure everyone felt supported and comfortable on the hike.
A special thank you as well to our driver, Rodrigo, who was professional, punctual, and made all of our transportation smooth and stress-free.
The whole team was helpful and resourceful, and you can tell they truly care about creating a great experience. Highly recommend!

We decided not to do the trek because we were worried about the total extend of the hike (22 km) specifically for our 12 year old son (Mateus).
In order to avoid any risk, we cancelled.
I was very unsatisfied, because, we did not get any reinbursement of the amount paid.
At the end of the day, we cancelled, to avoid any risk with our youngest kid. The fact that I did not get any reinbursement of my payment was hilghly shocking for me and an extremely negative experience.
I am not satisfied at all.

I had an amazing time! José was such a nice guide, super friendly. The group bonded really well and I ended up with lots of new friends by the end of the day :)

I want to thank you very much for arranging our recent tour out of Puerto Natales in Patagonia with Paine Travel. We had an absolutely wonderful time. Our tour guide Josepha was amazing, very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Rodrigo, our driver also kept suggesting additional places to visit. Everything worked out perfectly. We saw so much in one day! We couldn’t be happier.
