This is scam! I’d advise everyone to avoid. The guides won’t take you to the top laguna! They’ll opt for an alternative viewpoint where u only see the top of the towers! The guides picked us up one hour late, started the hike after 9am! Hugo kept telling us we’re on time during the hike. He made us hike 9km and then said we won’t go up now because it’s 1pm and the trail up closes at 2pm just with 1km left to go. He started making up excuses but at the end of the day, we paid him to plan the hike and he failed us: 1. He knew the track is covered with snow. 2. He knew the trail closes at 2pm. 3. He didn’t allow extra time for slow people. 4. He organised big group of over 10 ppl for the $$ with no hiking gear at different fitness level. 5. He didn’t push the group once or said the trail will close at 2. 6. He started the hike so late! Other Hikers and groups were stil going up while we were turned back! We travelled across the world to do this hike and ppl were flying out next day! This is the worst travel experience of my life! Never had anything like that. He didn’t offer any apology or refund! I don’t even want the refund! He just ruined what meant to be a lifetime experience! I won’t forgive him ever! From other google reviews that I read, he’s done it to other people as well. Please please avoid this company! Thanks for your reply. It seems like making excuses is a consistent pattern of your failed business model as you’ve done this to other people as well. I had the right hiking gear. The roads had been icy for few days, hence you allowed extra time by picking us lateeeeeee. Keep making excuses. It still is a scam!

Scam as per the previous google reviews! Do not go with company unless you don't actually want to get up to the viewpoint. Driver picked us up quite late and we only started walking at 9.30am which we knew was late into the day being winter. The guides told us many times to take our time and take as many breaks as needed, and only when we got 10km into the 11km did they say we had been too slow and the trail was closing at 2pm so were not allowed to go up the last kilometre to the viewpoint and was instead shown to a different area which completely missed the point. We knew this wasn't true as multiple guides were still showing people up the path on our return back down but they still refused anyway. At no point during the first 10km or on the journey there was we warned that there was a chance we might not be able to actually get to the viewpoint and kept getting our hopes up by commenting on the lack of clouds in the sky and saying 'what a perfect day to view the towers' only to be ruined at the last minute. The company have several reviews dating back years of the same problem of the day starting too late, the guides not alerting guests to the time restraints and them blaming them for not being able to go up. The guide Hugo later commented on the benefit of now being able to hear the football (World Cup) on the radio of the bus as we now had plenty of time to return and had multiple guests questioning whether the real reason for not making it up the last kilometre wasn't about cut off times (as other guides led people past us on the way back!!) but more so that they didn't miss the football match on the radio that afternoon. They offered a small discount if we wanted to go back the following day with them and even commented that there was little else to do in the town being winter time in Puerto Natales which also makes you wonder if it's part of a scam to get people pay twice just to make sure they got the experience they would have travelled very far to see. This discount offer felt insulting and would rather have paid another company full price to ensure this was done the first time, if I could go back I would have chosen a more reputable company such as W circuit.

We had an amazing experience with this hiking tour company! Our guides, Jose and Jorge, were absolutely fantastic — fun, energetic, motivating, and incredibly knowledgeable. They kept the group’s spirits high the entire time and made sure everyone felt supported and comfortable on the hike. A special thank you as well to our driver, Rodrigo, who was professional, punctual, and made all of our transportation smooth and stress-free. The whole team was helpful and resourceful, and you can tell they truly care about creating a great experience. Highly recommend!
