Hello Dear One~
I'm thrilled to learn you're considering joining me on a weekend retreat to the beautiful Land of the Medicine Buddha located in the Santa Cruz Redwoods.
If we haven't met, I am San Francisco based Vinyasa yoga teacher and owner of a light-filled community yoga studio- The Pad Studios. Join me on this incredible weekend retreat as we immerse ourselves in a remarkable opportunity to receive the nourishing benefits of yoga, meditation, sound, and beautiful meals in the pristine Redwoods of the Santa Cruz Mountains.

She then was trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Yin & Restorative and completed her 500 Hr with Janet Stone Yoga. Nicole is known for her intuitive, precise and thoughtful sequencing and approachable, compassionate and light-hearted themes grounded in the 8 Limbs of Yoga.
Santa Cruz, CA is Nicole's hometown and it brings her so much joy to welcome guests to a location so near and dear to her heart.
