Join us for a soul nourishing retreat in the foothills of the Great Smokey mountains. A weekend intentionally crafted so you can relax and remember what is most sacred to you. This is for women of all ages who love to be immersed in nature and embraced in sisterhood. Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, connected, and inspired.

Friday Arrival

3pm - Check In with Lauren at Seven Springs retreat, find your yurt and get to know the retreat grounds!

4:15-5pm : Intro Circle at the Shala, Sharing, and Intentional Journal

5:30-6:15 - Nourishing Dinner

6:15-7pm - Yin/Restorative Yoga with Lauren

7:15-8pm - Opening Fire Ceremony

8am-9am - Nourishing Breakfast

9am-10am - Morning Yoga Gentle Vinyasa

10:30am-3pm - Day at Lake Chilowee Hike + Swim + Explore (Lunch)

3:30pm-4pm - Regroup Circle in the Shala

5pm-6pm - Nourishing Dinner

6:30pm-7:30pm - Soundbath with Lauren
