Had such a great time experiencing my first women’s retreat! Enjoyed being immersed in nature and spending time with such wonderful ladies. Thoroughly enjoyed Lauren guiding our yoga sessions and fire ceremonies. Cooling off at Abrams Creek was a perfect treat since it was a bit hot! Nice accommodations and nourishing meals. Beautiful property to explore at Seven Springs. Looking forward to future retreats hosted by Lauren!

A wonderful time and wonderful people and fantastic food. Lauren Lord was a fantastic retreat leader and she is a pro even though this was her first women’s retreat! The facility was beautiful and the hospitality very warm and welcoming.
